I had incredible customer service from Sharon! I had told her previously the style of ring I wanted, then they got one from a supplier! Because of Covid and I am a single-mom she knew it would be difficult to get to the store. She brought me the ring to try on and I paid for off site! Off the charts awesome. The ring was sized and I got it as a gift for mother's day from my daughter. It's stunning! Thank you Silveri for such a great experience!

Such a lovely experience having a necklace and ring repaired. It was quick, done in about a week and both came back shinier than before. The staff were all super friendly and kind.

Had a bad experience. Went there twice and my engagement ring came back looking worse after every visit.Went in with one missing diamond for them to fix. Came out with two missing diamonds and they claimed it was not their fault and wanted to charge me for the two other diamonds to be fixed.Took it into another jeweller and they have made it look better then ever. They went the extra mile to make it look beautiful and tighten all claws instead of telling me it’s the rings fault.

Terrible service...Brought a chain and pendant in to be repaired (4 new loops) on July 3/2020. Simple easy repair that was promised in 2-3 weeks from July /2020. Paid for repair (approx. $215.00) on July 3/2020 thinking that in a few short weeks I would have my treasured necklace safely back on my neck. About a month ago I sent my daughter in to the store with claim ticket as I had not heard from Silveri. They informed her that work had not been performed and that I should wait for call from them when it was ready. Today, September 4/2020 I called the store to be told that repair has not been made. The lady who answered phone informed me that perhaps he has encountered a problem doing the repair...strange as I have never received a courtesy call to inform me of this. Unacceptable service and I plan on sharing my thoughts about Silveri Jewellers in Guelph. Still waiting for my necklace!!!

Whether we wanted a Prasiolite Stone or an impossibly small gold charm, you brought it in or made it custom for us. I truly get comments weekly on my rings that I have had for almost 4 years. What attention too detail and kindness. Such professionals. I had jewellery from my grandmother and needed help trying to figure out what was paste, and what was real. The good items are being cleaned and resized for pickup. Really really like this place. They also have a blonde retriever named Daisy who likes to talk and get rubs. My kind of place

I brought a stone to have appraised,the staff was amazing and helpful.I ended up buying to more stones and have them but in a setting.I read that someone complained about there refund policy, this was explained in detail to me because I asked like I do when making any large purchase.I would only buy from them, they were pleasant, informative and very professional

Customer service is the best that I have received in a very long time!! I love their Estate Jewellery, especially when it is on sale! Jennifer goes the extra mile by adding her own personal touch that just makes your day!! I also love receiving the personal thank you cards with a wonderfully written, heartfelt message inside. Fantastic and quick service! I was home visiting Guelph for only a few days and needed to have my heritage engagement ring adjusted as the prongs holding my diamond were worn out. The staff was understanding and quickly took my ring in for service. After only two days I had my ring back in time for my departure. The prongs were firmly in place and my ring sparkled like new! Thank you Silveri Jewellers for your excellent service!
