Our order always seems to be wrong no matter what. Decided to give them a try again, ordered a chicken bacon salad. Get home- salad has neither chicken or bacon on it just a whole bunch of vegetables drowning in dressing. SO disappointing.

I don't always eat out, but when I do, here, I will say the subs are always on point and the staff are quite friendly.

The crispy chicken sidekick sandwich on a potato bun here was good. The chicken actually tasted of good quality, like a real piece of chicken. Fairly impressed by Subway.

Very quick service! There was a lineup when I went in, and only two staff behind the counter. However, they were extremely quick and worked together, and my food was ready very quickly. There was no errors, and I wasn't charged extra for the extra cheese. The two staff had a smile on their face, and were very happy to fill my odd sandwich requests. Next time I'm passing sparwood, I'll think of this subway for a quick bite to eat.

Diana is the worst sandwich artist I've ever seen. She just throws all the product on the bun like she's scared to touch it. No pride or symmetry while applying toppings or condiments.When she reaches for the green peppers, olives or red onions she drags her filthy shirt through your sandwich.not impressed.The other 2 gals however are great.

Not a great experience today. Went to get 2 6inch subs for night shift. There was one kid in before me- who was clearly a friend of one of the kids working. Both staff behind the counter chatted and tended to the kid for the duration of the sub for him. I then got to order mine. They switched making one sub at a time, while the other made an additional sub, and then went and sat with the kid who was ahead of me. Sure take your break. What annoyed me was that it took dang near 20 min to make 2 subs- with very particular amounts of toppings,(definitely new and sticking to the rules they were told to follow). But don’t think they should be working alone at dinner hours if it takes that long to make 2 small subs.

Owners of this Subway are cheap, as they decide they aren't participating in a number of promotions through the app. Of course they don't tell you this until you are done ordering and try to enter the promo code. Also, some of the messiest subs I've ever had.
