Went to the Ferrari dealership with my nephew to look around at the cars, as he is a big fan. We ended up talking to Andrew in sales about the cars & dealership for about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable & answered all the questions we had. I wasn't sure what to expect walking in & we were blown away by the friendliness of everyone there. A world class facility & staff deserving of the world class cars being sold there.

Today July 19,2021 stopped into Ferrari, Maserati with my son and his best friend to check out some Ferrari’s. A staff member Chelsea came outside and welcomed us to Ferrari. She then asked if we would like to come into the showroom and check out the cars. We were introduced to Kyle who then gave me and two teenage boys a tour of the showroom Ferrari’s. The boys were totally amazed and thankful Kyle even hooked them up with a poster. We obviously weren’t there to buy, but a huge shout out to both Chelsea & Kyle who made the three of us so welcome. Very top notch and professional was a fantastic experience that the boys will never forget.

On November 27th, a friend and I took our kids to the Ferrari dealership just to see if they would let us have a look. The kids, 15, 8 and 5, were super excited just to be able to see a Ferrari up close! The staff at Ferrari were so gracious and Andrew toured us around the whole building, even taking us 'behind the scenes' to see some of their classic cars. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and was super kind to the kids. We were so thankful to him and the dealership for the very personalized experience!

This Ferrari dealership is perfect. I am not a person who have a million dollar cash and can afford a Ferrari very easy, I am just a young person who loved in Ferrari ever since 10 years old when I first saw them on a magazine. Their manager PAUL spent lots of time to introduce the Ferrari and the whole building to me, I've been there 3 times, and every time Paul spent couple hours to company me. Now I have the idea which car I am looking for and I am really looking forward my first Ferrari coming soon. Thank you PAUL! I love the Italian car and Italian people! Cheers.

Was burning some time with my sons (4 &6) today. Took them to the dealership to awe at the cars. We were treated wonderfully, i mean wow. Got the full tour, the salesman was awesome with the boys and they got a poster to put up on their wall like I had as a boy. Could not have been more impressed.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with the service. I’d give zero stars if I could. I would highly suggest having proper training, especially for the person who is handling booking an appointment.

I worked with Ferrari of Alberta in 2015. I was the detail manager, but spent uncountable hours after hours and weekends assisting the marketing manager of that time. I estimate at least300+ hours above and beyond. At that time, the owner had to approve ALL extra hours. When I tried to collect some of those hours, I was told by Mr. Galasso that he had decided to cancel the extra hours, leaving my family and myself with no money! All those hours (although previously approved ), was deleted?? I met with Mr. Galasso and appealed to his “personal integrity” to at least some return of earnings but to no avail.If the owner of world Famous brands of vehicles local Dealership would do this….What would this dealership and owner do to staff…..what would the dealership do or treat customers with their personal property???? Don’t trust the owner or dealership!!!
