I specifically had a good experience at this store with the staff and the ice cream bar. The ice cream was rich and delicious. I have also purchased chocolate here as gifts for friends. They found it too sweet but still enjoyed it.

Delicious mint dark chocolates for the holiday season! I figured it’s cheaper to buy loose then in a box..unless of course you’d like to gift it to someone.

I've never felt ignored in a Purdys until today. I get that the season is busy but the girl behind the counter was more interested in returning voicemails than helping the customers in the store who wanted to pay. Finally I asked if she could help me and she told me her colleague could assist. I then asked where the colleague was and she pointed her out (she was stocking shelves which makes sense). Why couldn't she just help the line up while the colleague was stocking? The customers your calling back aren't making you money, the customers in the store are :(

While the grand renovations continue at the Amazing Brentwood Mall Purdys Chocolatier remains one of the few merchants still open for business. The chocolate sells itself but the great customer service was surprisingly refreshing for a saturday afternoon. They are still running the 10 pieces for $12 promo which is excellentThe store was clean and fully stocked. For the size of the store they have something for every dietary need of something sweet.

Located near London drugs, this location has less chocolate selection, but still offers all the same great service.Great local choice for valentine chocolates!

Staff are ALWAYS super friendly!Great chocolate - cordial cherries are to die for. Ice cream is delicious. Pricy but worth it!
