If I could rate them lower I would... I have been with rock insurance and switch for 5 years. There is zero communication with there customers. They do NOT tell u the proper rates that come out of your account. Terrible customer service.They should not be in business.Do NOT get Inurance with switch.

I was with Rock insurance and they were great. As soon as switch took over it has been horrible.They do not answer your questions. They don’t communicate with you unless you become irate with them.They don’t provide critical information to you like when your first payment will come out.They’ve caused me multiple nsf’s with my bank and even had my insurance cancel due to non payment because they wouldn’t answer my emails or phone calls about when my first payment would be coming out of my account. I was apparently supposed to read everyone’s mind about that.If you want problem free, don’t even call this place they will never call you back.

Called for car and tenant ins. quote. After answering questions guy couldn't give me a quote until the next morning. Never heard of that. A quote should be just that a quote. Anyway that was 3 days ago and haven't heard from him since. Not who I want to give my business to.
