I am new to the nothshore and my 13 year old best friend got very sick and had to be put down. They said they could not take new clients at this time but for this case come in and we will help you!!! I was sooo happy because my cat was not well and he really was suffering and needed to be put down. I thank all the staff and Vet who understood the urgence of the situation and very empathetic to my please for help. They were really awesome !!!! Thank you so much.

My dog is actually very comfortable with the people who work here. They also take the time to treat your pets without inflating issues and causing panic. I'm very happy I found this clinic!

We had a really bad experience with this vet on the service level. We have recently brought home our dog in December 2020 and setup an appointment for the 2nd base vaccine. We mentionned on the phone prior to taking the appointment that the breeder had warned us of very negative reactions to a certain vaccine brand and requested that we get the dog vaccined with Recombitek, the same brand the puppy had gotten for his first vaccine. The secretary said it shouldn't be a problem and to discuss it with the vet. Once we showed up for our visit we were advised that the vet does not carry that brand (would have been good to know). The vet did look into ordering it however it was on back-order and given the timing of the last vaccine, the holidays and all suggested that we call other vets to see if they would sell the vaccine to this vet. The next day we found another vet that carried it and immediately let this vet know. After following up almost a week later and not getting an update we found out they had never contacted the other vet to purchase the vaccine. They then told us that they prepared a prescription and for us to go pick it up and go to the other vet to purchase the vaccine. So we did... the other vet mentionned to us that they cannot sell the vaccine, even with a prescription, to individuals and that the vet or someone from the office would have to pick it up. We transferred that info and this vet told us they would pick it up for an additional $5 fee. Fine, no biggie - this is starting to get complicated and our puppy is already 2 weeks overdue for a vaccine now. This vet then calls us back and says we'll be receiving the order on January 5 so we won't go pick up the vaccines from the other vet (they never advised the other vet and just never showed up after making arrangements with them). January 5th comes around and we get no news. We call them on the 6th of January and the secretary tells us well the order is on back order and we don't know when we'll get it. Seriously? My puppy is now a month overdue for his vaccine... when i explained the story and suggested if that were the case then the responsible thing for them to do would have been to go get the vaccines from the other vet in December the secretary responded nous somme pas un service de cammioneur". REALLY? We did all the leg work to find this vaccine and we were willing to pay fees for them to pick it up. The lack of customer service and the attitude received above that was were we drew the line. Got an appointment at the other vet that does carry the vaccine and changing vet. It would have been nice for them to confirm that they didn't have the vaccine from the get-go and suggest we go elsewhere than give us the runaround and put our puppy in a position that he is one month overdue for his vaccine."

Very personal service, they took the time to question is about both our dogs and help us with their problems. I found the staff very accommodating and charming. Prices are cheaper than the surrounding vets who tend to give you a hefty bill.

I have been going to this clinic for a few years but this last trip I was very disappointed. Brought my 13 year old dog who was sick with a cold and had diarrhea. Vet told me it was just that, a cold, prescribed antibiotic cream for her eyes. Two days later, she was worse. Her diarrhea turned very bloody and she refused food. I called back the veterinarian and all they kept repeating is that they are full and can not see us. Called another place who took us in and it turned out she has a serious condition causing her pancreas to swell. She was placed on oral antibiotics and special food. To say I was upset with the staffs' lack of sympathy towards the situation is an understatement. I have yet to receive a follow up call from this place

So many reasons I love this veterinarian, I can buy 1 or 5 nexguard pills to protect dogs against fleas and ticks, it helps when your on a budget. The technicians love my pitbull when she goes for her monthly nail clipping.. the receptionists are always upbeat and friendly and bilingual. I always know my animal will be well cared for with the amazing veterinarians...

Compassionate service when my mother's dog had to be euthanized.

I've been going here for 20 years with my dogs and I've never been disappointed. Friendly staff and they take the time to explain what's up. And the prices are competitive.

They don't take new clients so don't bother if you aren't already registered.

Today we had to say goodbye to our wonderful family member , Coco... our dog of 13 years. The staff were sensitive and so caring. Thank you for taking care of our loving Coco.
