Had to do a repair on a brand new Samsung Galaxy s20 5G (come on Samsung, step it up) but the employees made it pretty much stress free, they were nice, efficient. Very nice dealing with them. Would recommend that location.

Better late than never for a review to a wonderful sales rep named Casie. She helped my wife transition over from another carrier with of ease, then it was my turn I was lucky enough to have her again to assist me with the transition during the busy holiday season. I would recommend her for an upper management role. Good work & 5 stars to you Casie & Happy New Year to the entire team at the Telus location.

Had to do a warranty claim through Koodo which went fairly seamlessly and the sales rep who helped me was great. However we're on day 9 of 5-10 business days" so hopefully I get a call soon!day 13

Amazing customer service from Cameron, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly. I went in to upgrade to the Samsung S21fe, but upon arrival he suggested going to the Samsung S22 instead because of the promotion right now. I have had the S22 for about a week now, and I love it.Thank you so much Cameron for your help, I will definitely be back again.

Haven't dealt with the Telus store for over a year as they cannot help with any issues myself or my family have experienced but I don't know where else to write this review. I might add this store had no answers for us when we tried to follow up on our issues with them. We have got horrible cell service only at our home. Could barely make calls without the service cutting out and can barely send texts. If they send people could recieve 2-15+ of the same message or photo. Half the time we did not have service but my phone said it had full bars. This problem started in 2020. We have had Telus cell phones for years prior without issue. We have been in contact with Telus for months trying to resolve the issue. They say it's an issue with the bell tower that our service goes off of. Since last June they have not sent a tech out to assess the issue like they said they would. We have complained numerous times and they did nothing to resolve our issues. This happened with 3 out of 5 phones on our plan. My phone was brand new and experienced problems right away but they said it was a service issue. Then they tried to blame it on hardware issues but this issue did not happen anywhere else.I just cancelled and switched to a different provider and I have yet to experience any failed texts or texts sent multiple times. Telus offered for us to speak with a loyalty rep but honestly they would not give me a cheap enough plan to justify not being able to make phone calls or send texts. Telus do better....

Can't get me setup for a plan because I'm American and don't have credit history in canada.Falsely stated I had loans out and lines of credits from bank names I didn't even recognize.Told them it was wrong and ended up getting denied.Useless people, genuinely 0 help.

I ordered a Fall Alert for my mother. It took 2 weeks to get confirmation that it would ship. In the meantime I ordered from a competitor (took 15 minutes). Telus finally sent email confirmation that it was on the way but i did not want it any longer. I called and it has now been close to 2 hours on the phone trying to cancel this order.................Imagine if we did go with them and one of my parents did fall, Telus would have been notified and my parents would die waiting for them to send help. Telus...get out of this line of business!!
