My nail technician did a great job and the service was wonderful. However, when it was time to pay, I was told the price for Bio gel full set is 75$ + HST. On their website in clearly states that a full set of bio gel (artificial nails) is 65$+ HST. I asked the nail technician if she was sure, she said yes, even checked on her computer to confirm. I ended up paying almost 94$ for a full set of bio gel with tips. I am really disappointed, it’s not even about the money at this point it’s about principles.

Did my nails here today, staff extremely friendly, I got bio gel done on the website states 65$ on their to my surprise, I was charged 75$. I have seen someone else mentioning the same issue in their reviews. I don't believe I will be back at this spa, clearly they're misinforming their clientele and had plenty of time updating their prices in the website.

I came here a few times to get my nails done and each time I've been very happy with my experience. The staff are very attentive, detail orientated, professional and experienced. I like how they make notes on my colour preferences, so I can come back and not worry about picking colours. I usually do a nail design (flowers) and each time I've come they did a great job. Thank you!

Clean, professional, and so chic!This is the only place I go to get my nails done because I know I will always leave happy. Prices are absolutely fair for the quality of work the artists do.NEVER had a bad manicure from here.They book up fast so plan in advance!

Walked in without an appt after trying several nail places. The lady said she could take me in for a fill. She did a great job with my nails and did them like tue Photo i showed her. She did pink nude at first and then changed it to a peach nude to better match my Skin Color. Plus the Look of the Salon was cute!!

All the ladies are well trained and super professional. I’ve been coming to Dorothy’s salon for 10 years now and this is the ONLY place that can touch my nails. They do amazing work and the options are endless. They do not disappoint
