My husband and I were looking into Revit gear. We were going to try it on at the store to determine fit and size then buy online. We had great service from Shawn. He was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. It was Shawn's great customer service that we decided to buy at the store. There was a few mistakes with the items that had to be ordered in. The invoicing system delayed the transactions. 5 stars for Shawn but 2 stars for the store.Edit: miscommunications happen but still get a better system or train the staff on using it. At 1 transaction, 3 different associates tried to finalize the order. We were waiting at least 30-45 mins. It still wasn't done correctly but we overpaid just to leave. We had to call back to get refunded the difference.

Called service, voicemail no call back. Shortage of people or busy right?Watch out if you get your bike fixed up here, ask for paperwork such as part orders and old parts other than the work order. Seems like they are doing short cuts.Negative star if possible review.Service people makes you go around in circles. Better find a local mechanic than this dealer.Hopefully other people had good service in this dealership.Promised you a date for pick up, expect a later date.When they road test your bike, it means they just take it out of the shop to the parking lot.Please go somewhere else if you want your bike serviced or stored.Hopefully you get enough bad reviews that people would trust other dealership than yours.The dealership should be named Bad Times.

Always a good experience shopping here. Jason and Bryan are amazing. They always put smiles on peoples faces. 10/10 recommend coming here. Al the other staff are great as well. They care about their customers. Kevin, Terry and Jackson are always there to greet you, and help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Bunch of great lads that work here. Thanks you guys for the continuous great customer support. everyone is also very knowledgeable about motorcycles, and know all sorts of stuff about the community to help with all your needs.all though the finance team is very slow and flip floppy very hard to get through financing

Great place, need a bike? Doesn’t matter which brand, they have them all. And then their upper levels with whole lot of accessories and merchandise makes this one stop shop for your motorcycle related shopping.I need to call out Mathew in spares section upstairs, he was so helpful, stayed beyond closing time to answer all my questions and help find some details for my purchase. He was highly helpful and knowledgeable.And of course Terry is the guy for your bike sales related questions.I recommend these guys.

Not a very helpful customers service. Specially device department. Part department is a bit better service. They have a nice selection of good bikes though. And that’s the only reason that I gave them 3 star.

Great location, with lots of accessories to choose from but the absolute worst customer service:Timeline of Experience:I had made a deposit for a bike back at the end of April. First red flag: The sales person, failed to send me an invoice right away and took 2 days to do so. After I finally received it, I was told I would be referred to their finance manager for the financing details.The finance manager, got my information and within 48 hrs, I was told I was approved. She then explained she would set up an appointment to go over the details. Sounds good so far.However, the appointment day came and she failed to call me back. After this, I had to chase her for a full 7 days to receive a call back. I called the sales floor, they said they would pass the message, she then sent a text (super informal!) apologizing and that we would talk in a few days. Again, she failed to call back. I sent a few emails to the sales person asking her to call me back because it is impossible for me to make a decision if I do not know what the terms or interest rates are. This went on for an additional 3 days. She then finally settled on a call back time, between 1-3pm"

Stored my bike with them for the winter. Left instructions to do plugs, oil and air filter early in the new year. Called to arrange pick up of the bike two weeks in advance. The service personell assured me it would be ready on the specified date. When I came, they could not find the bike's paperwork. It took 3 more appointments to finally get my bike at which point they charged me for the plugs, oil and air filter (and tried to charge me for brakes even though the bike only has 15K on it!). The only work that was done is the oil. Same plugs and same air filter but they charged me anyways. They will not get any more business from me and I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere too. Very disappointing experience and we deserve more for our money.

Have read negative and positive reviews, and some are disappointing from the perspective of the customer and the store staff/owner. I think the staff should address both negative and positive reviews, but that can be very touchy and political. I work in customer service and I get it. However, my experiences have always been good. They are extremely busy this time of year. The store has had staffing issues and challenges as well - like many other business after Covid. I try to make it easy on myself and the staff at Ottawa Good Time Center - keep it simple. I book in advance, I provide then with my needs in detail, and I set a reasonable amount of time expected for the work to be done. They have always communicated with me and there have never been any surprises. Could the service experience be better? Maybe? But I haven’t been disappointed. Israel, the service advisor, is new and I dealt with him from beginning to end, he was a true professional fully transparent on the work process. That attitude comes from above him. The tech, Ryan Gill did a fantastic job on my bike! I have full confidence in this dealership.

Had a BMW factory recall completed. Disappointed in the ability of staff to explain and show me the work that was completed. A technician was not available to review the work with me. I feel having a motorcycle from this dealership, a few moments to explain the recall work was a reasonable request. Not impressed…… Work was completed. The service manager did show me the completed work, after a discussion about how the tech was too busy to respond to a customer request…. Also bike was not washed….

I was looking for a Speed Triple RS 2023. Found the last one they had in the showroom, put a deposit and passed the credit. Motorcycle delivered within few days. Everything was perfectly done. Cheers to to Jason for his perfect and respectful service. Thanks to Amanda that I made business with for credit. She has been ultra professional !Gladly recommend this place. No doubt.
