OMG this place is awesome!!! Deja is so so so amazing— so funny and really helpful!!! I can’t recall the optometrist’s name who helped adjust my glasses- but he was so awesome too! We will definitely be back- specifically to deal with these two amazing employees again. Thank you guys so much!!

The staff at Specsavers were very professional and friendly. Cannot say enough good things about the staff and selection of frames. Charlie was awesome and super helpful! Highly reccomend! The best prices around..FINALLY, we have an afforable optometrist..THERE IS NO CATCH!!!

Absolutely the BEST place to get glasses! I came in with my partner a couple weeks ago and got our eyes tested here. They were all super friendly and answered every question clearly. Today we came in with coverage from ODSP to order our pair and despite a few roadblocks with the coverage, a lovely employee named Teya Brown was able to give us the best deal so we could buy some nice pairs of glasses at an affordable price. She was funny and enthusiastic and super understanding about our situation, an absolute joy to work through this predicament. Goto this place for sure! Highly recommend!

We walked in and were greeted by Charlie, who easy sold me the place and the deals. Ravi was the person who took care of us and proved that Charlie was right. Extremely friendly, polite and efficient the staff was great, excellent provider, made us feel very special. Clair, the retail director, was great at helping with the prescription sunglasses. The staff who helped me did not know that there was a promotion for sunglasses (2 for 1) and the price was wrong too. Clair corrected it without scolding the younger staff. Thank you for that correction and I hope the younger staffs have better knowledge of promotions and price.

What a wonderful team of people working at specsavers in the oshawa center. Myself and 3 family members went and treated ourselves to new glasses. I always loved specsavers for the amazing deals and return policy. The team were awesome with my little one. Shes 6 and was nervous as she never had an eye exam before. They went over and beyond to make her feel safe and most of all made her feel like a princess in her new glasses . Huge thank you to Ravi for checking multiple times to make sure she was comfortable in her new glasses , that they picked out together. I wish you all great success in your new space .

Getting new glasses for myself and my wife. First went to Lenscrafters and then Specsavers in the Oshawa Centre. After all reductions from both places saved about 200 at Specsavers for what was the same lens. Quality of frames seemed about the same. The experience I had at Specsavers is worth 6 stars. Great people, attentive service. They could not do enough for me and my wife. I will not shop anywhere else for my glasses in the future.
