I signed my daughter up for summer camp 2 years in a row online and they still managed to get her last name wrong. They asked me to fill out a form with personal information that I had already provided online and they misplaced the printed form and I had to provide the same information a third time (kids were handling summer camp reception, which was a bit disconcerting). This is the first year my daughter is taking dance classes and they are fine, but it’s a pretty cold environment. Not at all the friendly / family vibe I got from another company in Hull my daughter used to go to. I had to wait 1.5 hours in line to buy tickets for her recital, which could only be done in person and at a set time based on her group. If you happen to go at the wrong time, they send you back. It’s a very elitist dance company, they seem to think they compare to calibre of Tanztheatre Wuppertal Pina Bausch to be expecting people to line up for hours to buy tickets for a kids recital. Not going back after this year.
