Our family was heading out on a 5 day road trip, but 20 min out of the garage our breaks started smoking. Pulled in to Junction Auto at 4PM on a Thursday night and they immediately put it on a lift and diagnosed the break caliper had locked up. They got the part, repaired it, and as a kicker fixed our AC. We were on the road in 1.5hr.They made this family's day! Thanks to Shane for staying late to help us out. Excellent service!!!!

Purchased new rims had these guys put tires on, only to get them back and 2 of the new rims are damaged, like they used pry bars to attempt the tire installation. They claim that they were damaged some where else and wont stand behind there mistake. These are brand new out of the box, never seen the road. customer service Horrible

I blew out a tire on 35 about 2 miles from Junction Tire. I was able to limp in to the Kwik Trip and noticed Junction tire was right there as well. I stopped in to see if they had any availability and even though they were busy and short staffed they said sure no problem. In only about 30 minutes I had a new tire and I was back on the road. Fair pricing and quick service I really couldn't ask for more. They really saved my weekend and holiday celebration with family. Thank you Junction Tire!

Our first visit to Junction Tire was an emergency. We were half an hour from home and stopped at a Kwik Trip to air up our tires. One of the valve stems busted off completely. We threw on the spare with the help of AAA and headed to the nearest open shop. Which happened to be Junction Tire.They were able to do our repair quickly and for very little cost. We have been back twice since and they've been great every time. It's worth driving half an hour for a shop we trust.

Didn't let me stay IN my car during my oil change which left me a lil uneasy, and took longer than I'm used to, but neither of those are deal breakers! The person at the front counter was very friendly, and very understanding of my situation. Thank you for the rather routine oil change, be back next time!

Got a flat on the way home from moving our daughter up to UMD, this was late in the day Thursday evening and they got to me right away and got my spare on(I misplaced my lug key and they were able to get it off) and back on the road! Great people!!!

The absolute worst shop ever. They double gasket my oil filter. Lost all oil and destroyed my engine. No pride in there work and clearly rushed everything out the door. 150$ oil change cost me a 70k$ truck. Wouldn’t bring my peddle bike here for a new chain.
