I went in to Greenhawk today to get a jacket and some other stuff for my dog, I was very pleasantly greeted by an extremely polite and friendly young lady named Hannah (sorry if I spelled it wrong). She was very helpful and answered any and all questions I had and even helped me fit the jacket to my dog. Customer service seems to be a dying art these days, but Hannah has restored my belief that it’s not dead. To the management of Greenhawk Victoria, she is an asset to your company and a testament to your leadership as well. Great job Hannah! And Jenny loves her new jacket!

After several phone calls and in store visits my boy and I are very happy with our purchases. He's styled up without the unnecessary purchases or pushy sales upgrades. Would highly recommend

Glynis and the whole crew are incredible! True horse and dog people who genuinely want to help. They carry a massive selection of anything from local to international brands from feed to show gear they have absolutely everything you need. We are lucky to have such a wonderful local spot.

Excellent service! Very happy with the “starter kit” I got for my daughter to start horseback riding lessons. We were helped by a great staff member (didn’t catch her name!) who took the time to make sure every piece was a proper fit for my daughter. We will definitely be back!
