5 star packaging, 1 star food. Burnt on top, raw dough in the middle. Tasteless. Expensive. Call Dominos. Very polite delivery guy.

The pizza is always delicious. Sometimes, I'm a bit under done, but nothing a few mins. In the air fryer won't fix. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Boneless chicken bites are fantastic, I recommend getting salt and pepper flavor with sauce on the side so they aren't soggy.

They deserve less than one star. I ordered my pizza through the website. I arrived, and the girls were without masks talking to each other while making the pizza. I ordered a half vegetarian and half supreme pizza, but instead of supreme they gave me a cheese pizza.

This has to be the worst experience I've had with a fast food place. They made a mistake with my online order, the driver made me pay before showing me what was in the bag and when he handed me the order it was the wrong one and he refused to refund me and take the order with him. The so called manager later called me and they refused to send another driver with the right order and they did not want to refund me, they simply stated that they'll give me free breadsticks next time around. Freekin mess of a store and worst customer service ever. Order from Domino's instead.

Good value. Pleasant staff. I picked up the deal with one topping and I was not disappointed. It is possible my experience would be different if pizza had been delivered. I have always liked Pizza Hut but this one has very small dinning area. The outside seating area seems bigger though closed in winter for obvious reasons. Last time I was there I could hear someone coughing while making a pizza for someone, which ruined the experience for me. If I hadn't already ordered and paid for pizza I might have walked out.

This what You will receive if you order a super-supreme pizza from Pizza hut on Sherbrooke west avenue. I received half of a pepperoni pizza instead of a complete super-supreme pizza that I’ve ordered. Even the half-pepperoni that I received was over cooked and all the pepperonis were burned. It’s not my first time they always making wrong and bad pizza :) don’t order from this store.

Delicious, fresh food, and really lovely staff! They were so sweet and all smiles despite my barging in 10 minutes before closing time.P. S. If you’re ordering in-store, make sure you ask the cashier to add the tip option to the credit card machine before handing it over - it’s not automatic ❤️
