My first representative was helpful & knowledgeable. On my second visit I had a different person who wasn't as knowledgeable & needed assistance frim others. I wasn't made aware of appraisal costs until I had asked about .Needed to ask if it wasn't included in price of purchase & only then did they check it out

Lois helped us choose the most amazing retirement gift for the woman who started our company 27 years ago. She has a modern, eclectic style, and Lois highlighted to us a Canadian designer with a modern touch. Our retiree was in tears as she opened her gift and read the inscription. I went to the downtown Owen Sound store to make a simple purchase and met some lovely staff! I have since gone back for other things ( selling old jewelry etc) and I can state, without hesitation or agenda, that the people who work here are amazing and so kind. I very much felt like my business was appreciated and I felt very welcomed and well assisted! 10/10-would recommend:)
