Went for a drive out to the Saskatoon farm and the Christmas Market was on. Beautiful day for it. We lined up for tickets and family in front of us had a free ticket and gave it to my hubby so me such a awesome gesture!! It only cost $8.00 for adults. It wasn't overcrowded and we walked comfortably through the greenhouses. Lots of vendors price points varied. Very enjoyable. Parking was ok found a spot not too far from the entrance.

My family and I absolutely love this place, from having a great restaurant, delicious pastries, perfect produce, a variety of plants/trees, great views and lots more. We typically go on the weekend to have breakfast at the restaurant or just the pastries, then pick up some produce, walk around, let our little one feed the bunnies, and have a coffee. My wife says this is one of her favorite places in all of Calgary, and yes this is not Calgary but close enough. I love supporting a local business like this that is so unique and has lots of great things to offer. We are loyal customers and we will continue visiting throughout the year for all the events they have.

For years now we've got by the signs on the highway, thinking to ourselves one of these days we'll have to go pick Saskatoon berries there."This year

This place is completely charming and well worth a visit. We had a fantastic breakfast here (in early spring) and plan to return in the summer when more activities are in fuller swing.

Beautiful garden, easy access to the city, fresh vegetables, nice restaurant and delicious snacks, pick up sour cherries and wonderful scenery are the reasons encourage me to go there as much as I can.

My first time here with family. What a gem! Lots of great baked goods, plants to buy and trees too! I had no idea!! The kids loved the tortoises and the bunnies too :). Fun for the whole family and no admission required!

I went to the annual Spring market at the Saskatoon Farm over the weekend. The event was great. I purchased my $5 ticket in advance and so getting in was simple and straight forward. Inside the place was bustling with lots of people and vendors. I had lunch with my wife and friend at the on-site restaurant. Getting in took a while due to how busy it was (they provided a buzzer so I didn’t need to wait close by.) But once inside the service and food were top notch. The quiche was especially good and I’d highly recommend it. After lunch I spent time wondering the grounds, enjoying the interesting sights and sounds. In addition to the vendors they also had pens that included baby bunnies, ducks, and turtles. I would highly recommend Saskatoon Farm for anyone looking for a fun family adventure. I will definitely be going back.

We love this site. You can see the love of food, flowers, and community at every turn. The kids loved the rabbits, cats and tortoises. The meal was delicious at lunch. The flowers in the gardens and greenhouses were fantastic. We bought exceedingly fresh and delicious potatoes and fennel grown on the farm. Too bad we missed the strawberries! We always visit when we come to High River to see family.
