Do Not Go HERE!Beaverton Dental is responsible for the worst dental experience of my life. For what was supposed to be a routine wisdom tooth extraction, ended in two trips to the emergency room, 3 broken molars, strained neck, jaw and throat and a lot of money.Understandably if a dentist cannot do an extraction they send you to a surgeon, which is what ultimately what happened to me and that's fine. What's not fine is that when this dentist, Dr.P, attempted to do the extraction he ended up straining my jaw, neck and throat, to the point where I was in the emergency room unable to swallow and difficulties breathing. To this day, about a month later, my jaw is still strained. He broke 3 separate molars, 2 of which he will not take ownership for, and I have to go to a new dentist to get them repaired out of my own pocket. During the procedure he broke half of my wisdom tooth and I choked on it and swallowed it. Somewhere in the midst of this he ended up cracking 2 bottom unrelated molars. He repaired one that day but it's not fixed properly and causing me pain and sensitivity to heat and cold. All of which never existed before he went into the area with his operating tools.Initially the staff was understanding and kind, however now they are not taking claim to their faults and even went so far as to remove my review of the experience I had at their office.Please really take into consideration when reading this review to reconsider your options for your dental needs. Your teeth are incredibly important and I would highly suggest you take your business to people who treat you with respect and you can trust. I was literally assaulted at the hands of this Dr. He broke my teeth and caused me many strains. If someone did this to you outside on the street that would be grounds for pressing charges. Please trust me when I say go somewhere you can trust and know you're being well taken care of. This place is not that place. NEVER go here.

I am someone who is scared of going to the dentist - and in fact it's been a long time since I've been. Needless to say I was an incredibly nervous patient with a million questions going in. The first thing I noticed was how clean and beautiful the office itself is - and very clean. The girls made me feel very welcome right away, and I was checked in and in the exam room within 5 -10 mins at most. The dentist and the hygienist were both extremely kind, informative and patient with me, explained everything to me in great detail, and answered all of my questions. Once the procedure started I was even more nervous - especially about the needles for the freezing, as i had a really stubborn bad tooth to extract, as well as getting a filling - and I've never done either so I didn't know what to expect. Whenever I looked nervous or scared they stopped to ask if I was alright, needed a break, or needed more freezing, and honestly that really helped take my anxiety away and made me feel safe and comfortable. I am horrible with names and I wish I could brag about both my hygienist and my dentist by name, but if they read this I wanted to send a huge thank you to you both for being so wonderful and patient with me. I would absolutely recommend them and my whole family comes here too. Amazing people that make you feel like family ♥️

Told me there is nothing wrong with my tooth, but when i chew with a certain tooth...it hurts. Essentially scraped around 1 tooth for like 5 min (very aggressively) and gauged me for $250. Very dissapointed in these crooksEdit: they have since made up for this issue. Resolved

By far the worst experience.!!!!I booked an appointment at this dental office for a molar extraction.(I recently moved in this area so I couldn't get to my regular dentist). What was supposed to be a simple extraction turned out to be a NIGHTMARE. The dentist methods are very primitive. He extracted the tooth by breaking it in bits, by doing so he also broke two other teeth adjacent to it, which required a follow up appointment at my expense to repair. But that is not all the damage he caused, I still have part of the root sticking out of my gum which is giving me a lot of pain. After all the trouble and expenses I need to book an appointment with a dental surgeon to have this delt with in a professional matter. I wish I had read the reviews about this place before I went there. I learned my lesson.

Dental Hygienist’s, Receptionist’s, & all staff are absolutely amazing! Definitely made my fear of the dentist lighten drastically. I recommend them over any other dentists i’ve seen

DON'T GO TO THEM THEY OVER CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE WE HAVE 100 PERCENT COVERAGE AND SOMEHOW EVERY TIME MY FAMILY AND I GO THERE WE ALWAYS END UP PAYING $100.00 HERE $60.00 THERE. MY HUSBAND TOOK HIS RECEIPTS TOTALING ALMOST 700 DOLLARS TO HIS UNION THEY ADVISED HIM TO TAKE HIS MONEY ELSE WHERE AND NOT TO RETURN TO THIS PRACTICE

my experience with this office is very satisfying. I will continue to go there for all of my needs. The staff is always happy and willing to give their undivided attention to the patient. Makes going to the dentist easy and pain free. As it should be.

Dont let there modern up todate services fool you. Probably the most unprofessional dental office I have ever been to. Customer confidentiality is none existent. I arrived there early in the morning over heard them talking in detail about a couple of customers and their negative comments. Today I was given a prescription with another client's name on it. I am sure someone else got mine. When the pharmacy and I tried to contact them to have the corrections made nothing was done about it. Eight hours later i have no medication. They are closed for the weekend. Dr. Handler continues to not know what he is doing 2 root canal and 5 visit later I am still having the same issues. While I was sitting in the chair the dentist spilled something on me and left burn marks on my neck pictures taken of prove of this.IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AND PRACTICES YOU FOUND THE RIGHT PLACE. This customer will be looking for a new more competent dentist office.

Three years after leaving this dental office we are STILL having teeth issues, after spending thousands of dollars. Implant was admittedly improperly placed, his new tooth they did actually fell out!! He ended up with a bridge that is problematic to this day. (With revolving dentists also at that time period which didn’t help the problem). I’m posting now because sadly, BAD dentistry lasts a long time!!
