This location is disgusting, as the bathrooms are always dirty and there is always a toilet, and sink out of service.The subway outlet is brutal as well, the food station is always left open for the flies to get at the meat products and produce for the sandwiches.How the food inspection people haven’t permanently closed this establishment is beyond me.I wish there is a zero star option to give this review.

The convenient thing is that there is a general store(convenience store) ,coffee/donuts store and an ice cream shop located under the same roof. Gas prices seem to be higher here than other local stations. Don't know why.

It's the only gas station in this area unfortunately, prices are fair.. Never had a problem with the staff as I usually pay with credit card at the pump anyway. Lots of room for people towing boats and trailers to maneuver through

After +++ years of being a loyal customer of this store, I will never buy gas or anything else here again. This is the third time we’ve had an awful experience. The woman behind the counter could not have been more RUDE. Everyone has a bad day (especially these days) so I’ve been forgiving in the past but never again.

We were through here a little after they opened at 6:30am. The gas price wasn't out of line with the new norm. The pumps are reasonably new and efficient.The washrooms were clean.This is our main stop on our way to the north of Parry Sound.We look forward to our next trip north and the next time we stop here.

Possibly Ontario’s slowest gas pumps. The store and staff are exceptional. Great selection of goods in the store. If they could fix the speed of the pumps they’d be a 5-star review.

Entered the store and did not see a small hand sanitizer located near the door. Two extremely rude employees asked me to use the sanitizer before entering. Before I would touch the bottle I asked for a napkin so that I didn't have to handle the bottle. Both staff went in to a rant of why I don't need a napkin to touch the bottle and continued to rudely educate me on germs. Even went as far as saying that she was an expert in germs and that she obviously knew more than me. Both staff members continued to ridicule me for requesting a napkin. After I asked for the owners information and left the store both staff members proceeded to mock me. As if I couldn't see through the glass windows. Very unprofessional staff to say the least. I would be embarresed to be the owner of this establishment and have this staff working for me.

Horrible experience. STALKED the whole time I was shopping. Made me feel so uncomfortable.. Terrible customer service… Not nice people.. Local person writing in..

The gas station outside is pretty nice but gas prices are always the highest around. Inside they are usually pretty rude in the convenient store. Makes you want to not go back. It’s nice to have subway, rise to fries, and the coffee shop though. The candy store is pretty great too but over priced as well. Bathrooms are usually clean but have gone and they are pretty nasty. Only usually see 2 people working though

As a bus driver I use this gas station multiple times a week. Usually my experience is amazing… today was terrible. The girl at the cash was so rude and didn’t give me my change. Checking my pockets because I’m holding my daughter and you know maybe I did get my change and I forgot. so when I asked for it she slammed it on the counter and muttered something about leaving a dollar behind. As I’m pumping diesel into my bus she domes out slamming the garbage bin lids around and swearing under her breath. I understand people have bad days and I’m all about being kind but this was terrible behavior.
