Experience was done as flat as a pancake!!! Friendly, professional. Gave detailed user information and instructions. Honest pricing. Flawless workmanship until the final city inspection no problem at all. If you look for total satisfaction, look no further! This E-Town plumber service deserves topmost ratings!!!I called Moe to replace my leaking 17 year old water heater tank. He came within an hour of calling and did everything same day. He also discovered that my furnace is shutting after kicking ON due to a dirty sensor including the inducer motor making a grinding noise. I know I could probably do those preventative maintenance but due to a circumstance’s of my situation. He step up in my behalf especially cold winter weather is approaching and He patiently waited me to decide while I dragged my feet about whether or not to replace the inducer motor along with the other work, which I ultimately decided was the best idea before the winter months get really harsh.All in all, he did a great job with everything for a reasonable price and was also very personable and easy going. Moe provided quality efficient service. Got a leak from the second floor, diagnosed, and fixed in 1hr. Friendly and willing to help. We were lucky to have Moe assist us on the Northside with little notice: called at 9pm, confirmed appointment next day at 4pm.

One of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. Our sump pump failed during all the rain we had and flooded the basement. I called Max Plumbing, first time I've ever used this company. The response was absolutely outstanding. Moe was at the house within an hour from the phone call, replaced the sump pump and stayed to make sure the water was receding. So friendly and professional. Such a piece of mind to know there are people like Moe you can rely on when you need them. I also have to say his pricing was more than competitive. You never know what you might have to pay when it's an emergency, but Moe doesn't take advantage of the situation when you are vulnerable.
