very knowledgeable team from sales to service. a no b/s shop that you can trust. Randy has set time aside from his busy days when i need his help and this shows his relentless work ethic. staff have gone out of the way to help me with my old suzuki and i look forward to when i can purchase a new one to go along with it.

Reading some of these posts about Randy & his staff makes me sick. I have purchased 5 atv's & 2 snowmobiles from TriCity. They have been more than professional & fantastic to deal with on every occasion. Yes i've had to wait for service, that's only because he's so well liked everyone wants to deal with him. Randy personally brought a machine to his home so I could pick up after hours. People need to be less angry & look for more good. Randy, you are amazing to deal with & I appreciate your great service. Jason

randy the owner is a really resonable and humane person, he was being really understanding. He was keeping the motorcycle for me for months and the when i realized i had an insurance issue i could not afford the motorycycle he totally understand my situtation, he even allow me and my friend to film a video, he was being coorperativeoverall, I felt really comforatble and i am trust this store, beside the store has the most amazing motorcycle since randy also have a good eyes and the ability to plan the purchase. I checked a lot of stores, they were not even have a good deal and they have nothing to compare with

Just got a new windshield installed on my V-Star, that required some customization to get it placed properly. Tri-City took great care of me as they have since I started riding motorcycles.

Fantastic service that's honored, timely and efficent. Have dealt with them many times before leaving a review, and I must say. All around great service. Prices are reasonable and good hourly rate. Just had work done on a 650 v star and runs better than the day I bought it. Thanks Randy and the team!

Randy was very helpful and the service I received was phenomenal. My bike was safetied extremely quickly and while I waited, I had a chance to checkout their huge selection of motorcycles, atvs, and parts. Would highly recommend this shop
