Natural Nail

Do not recommend this place .The gentleman that did my then pedicure did a great job.Then they moved me to a table for the dip powder. the girl that started. it was unorganized was more interested in what was going with everything else in the salon put my nails in a bowl of polishthen went to start another pedicure 40 minutes later decide to come back to finish my nails. I asked her to only take a little bit off my nail so she take about a half inch then played around filing them and doing the powder dip . I was there 2 hours and 20 minutes for a hour and 30 minute(at the most) service . I guess that their customers time means nothing to them .This was with appointment.

Love this walk-in nail salon except it’s usually a lengthy wait since they do walk-ins. Plan to go on your day off and treat yourself. It’s worth a wait. Most salons up here are out weeks in appts.

This place is filthy….in every way. Horrible experience, disgusting environment, lousy service, high prices. If you like broken furniture, overflowing trash cans, wet dirty towels piled up on caddies and in corners and a noxious dense acrylic cloud to breathe, this is your place. So angry.

I've been coming here for years because they did a great job, Em is super talented and thorough. I stopped getting manicures bc they're so inconsistent and rough if I didn't get her. The owner Tina would only give me the shape and length she liked and would get upset if you asked for changes, anyone else is luck of the draw. The wait is usually over an hour even if you have an appointment. Today I got a pedicure, I asked for the $50 package with smash crystals (that recently was raised in price) and had an entire conversation with the tech about the package. After a 50 minute wait I received a 12 minute pedicure including gel nail polish which is a 5 minute process itself. I refused to pay for the 50 minutes and the lady tried to confuse me and blame me, then acted confused when I was firm then just shot out a random $30 price. If you work for your money and don't want to just throw it at someone for whatever quality service they feel like giving, do not come here. It used to be a hidden gem that I loved coming to, but they got really popular and obv started cutting corners. If they stopped trying to intimidate people and were more thorough I'd support again, I'm just so disappointed because it's been consistently downhill.

Loved my nails, she was so patient with me I couldn't figure out want I wanted. They don't usually do designs but this turned out pretty damn good so 5 stars!! Thanks Amy!!

Got my nails done acrylic with gel polish. The next morning on one nail the polish was peeled right off. Called they told me a time to come get it fixed. Show up and they make me sit and wait for an hour? They don’t seem to care about customer service at all.

Love this place my nails always turn out great! But if you ever are looking for a 100% manicure you're not going to get one they rush you in and out!I have to hand it to them I started out with no nails at all I mean right down into the skin, and now after 4 and 1/2 months of artificial acrylic nails I have my own beautiful nails. Thank you very much natural nails.

I went in to get my acrylics done but they were too busy so we had a long wait. They kept moving our seats around to make us think they were gonna get done but when we tried to leave so we could just make appointments one of the workers GRABBED me, just because they wanted the businessI also heard people complaining their appointments were at 3 and it was already 4:30.
