Revera Aspen Ridge

My Mother lived at Aspen Ridge for 14 years, 10 years independent and 4 years in assisted living. During the entire time, but especially the last 4 years, the care Mom received was outstanding. Mom passed away recently and the staff at Aspen Ridge provided her palliative care. I can not say enough about the quality of the care she received. The nursing staff were kind, loving, compassionate and professional. Mom could not have received better care anywhere.

I am so blown away with this place. The staff and Harry the sales consultant are so pleasant and helpful. My mother in law just moved in and is ecstatic with all the things available for her. And the food is incredible. There is not many places where you have a selection of over ten menu items made to order. We couldn’t be happier with Aspen Ridge.

Today when I go there to pickup the delivery the lady who work there i think her name was joy act very rude.I give the paper to her to sign for me but instead she throw the paper out I asked her again and told her to plz sign the paper and give it to me but she didn’t sign she just put the name of of aspen ridge and throw the paper to me I told her you should be nice and give it to me instead of throwing it out and she starts fighting with me.I thought receptionist should be nice to visitors and welcome them .I don’t know how she act to all those seniors who live there.

My wife, Susan, was hospitalized in November, 2021 for 4-1/2 months due to a head and brain injury. On recommendation from attending doctors and specialists that it was safe to move her out, I moved her into the Revera Aspen Ridge Memory Care Unit on 4th April, 2022. She was there until 17th June, 2022 when upon tremendous progress and recovery I moved her back home.I must give all credit to the Management and staff at Revera for their unending care and dedication that made it possible to uplift my wife's spirits and bring her to recovery. The care, the activities, the meals and the company of other residents have brought her to this miraculous recovery.On behalf of Susan and myself, I thank the Management and staff of Revera Aspen Ridge for all your dedicated services and hard work. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone who is currently undecided and facing the same challenges and decisions that I once was.Thank you Revera Aspen Ridge and all concerned that made it possible.Clifford and Susan

Got my first job there, felt like working at a garment factory in Bangladesh. Didn't even get gloves to handle the hot dishes!

Delivered a delivery.No one answered the phone and nobody was there to talk to. Waited 15 minutes till a lady showed up, sorry she was off duty. They finally showed up and rude.We are not spouse to enter the building pandemic but if you need someone here please search every room you might find the person in charge.
