Had a trailer tire blow out on the highway just outside of town. Called them on my way in just before closing time. Not only did they have a replacement tire in stock but they had it installed on my rim in a matter of minutes. The lady working the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Great service today and I thank you for getting me back on my way with minimal down time.

Amazing customer service. I had a tire blow out on my way to work & no way to fix it. I was somewhat rudely turned away by two other tire shops in Lacombe but Kal Tire went above & beyond to help me in my time of need. They saved the day & they’ve earned me as a customer from now on!

I recently bought new Michelins from Kal Tire in Lacombe. This was my first time as I usually bought from Costco in the past. I was very impressed by the customer service and care of the Lacombe store. I dealt with Charlotte and she was great in every aspect of the sale from start to finish! They are a first class company and very competitive with their prices and services offered after the sale.I'm glad that I bought my new tires there!

Unfortunately I’ve had a pretty bad experience with the kal tire Lacombe branch.I recently went to install my summer tires (that are mounted on separate aftermarket rims) and noticed I had a “gash” in the tread. The gash didn’t seem to be to deep and it was holding pressure, but I decided to bring it in my my local kale tire to have it inspected.I received a call shortly after dropping my tire off and they notified me the tire had bulged into the inner of the tire and was unsafe to drive. They recommended replacing my tire but unfortunately, they didn’t have any replacement and I was told they had called around to find a replacement at other locations but had no luck. I drive an AWD vehicle, and because they couldn’t find a match for me I was advised I’d have to buy a full set so it doesn’t damage the differential. (Ok fair enough)I purchased a full new set of rubber and advised them to mount the new rubber on my summer rims and to remove the winter wheel set so I can have my summer tires on and ready to go for the season. For some reason the guys in the shop had pulled the winter rubber off my stock rims and started to mount the new rubber onto my winter rims even tho I had provided them with my summer rims. When I noticed the problem I went outside the bay my vehicle was in and one of the reps (look like he worked inside the shop with the sales team as he didn’t have the traditional shop gear on) seemed to be in a fowl mood, cursing and swearing at something on my vehicle. I had my 4 year old with me, so wasn’t too happy about that.. not the type of service I’d expect from kal.After driving my vehicle into work one day I noticed a pretty bad vibration at highway speeds so I had to rebook my vehicle in to have the wheels rebalanced. Because I’ve lost my trust in the Lacombe branch I decided to book into the red deer location. They were very professional and helpful. They told me the reason my vehicle was vibrating was because the weights were scattered and not in the right spot. On top of all this, I was notified the Lacombe branch had over-torqued the lugs and that one had snapped clean off.. I’m now having to go in for a 3rd time to have this dealt with.I’m pretty disappointed with the service I received from the Lacombe branch. I’ve lost my trust in their ability and they’ve lost my business indefinitely which is unfortunate because I’ll be stuck driving 30 mins into red deer for any future appointments.The red deer branch went above and beyond and were extremely helpful and professional.

Kal Tire in Lacombe - very professional, knowledgeable and friendly but the Kal Tire promise of free tire rotation on tires purchased before 2017 certainly hasn't been honoured. Likely a Kal Tire wide policy and not specific to Lacombe but still a commitment is a commitment and this one hasn't been honoured. Whenever I type Kal it is substituted with Kaleidoscope - perhaps that is appropriate here - an ever changing collage of colours and you never know what might come next. My stars rating here is for the folks in Lacombe.

Kal Tires in Lacombe is the best, they fit me in without an appointment even though they were closing at 5 pm. Highly recommend them!

Had a flat tire on my way to Calgary and made an emergency stop here. Was expecting to wait awhile, but the staff were amazing! Super helpful, got us in and out within the hour at a very reasonable cost. Honestly they were a life saver! Would highly recommend anyone needing service.

This place gave such incredible service and hospitality like none other. They welcomed us and understood our situation instantly and helped us to change our tires at the cheapest rate possible. While we waited to get our tires changed they gave us a round trip ride to a local restaurant so we could enjoy our day while we waited. Absolutely incredible service and the friendliest people you could ever meet!
