Awesome Nails & Skin Care

I am not coming back here! So disappointed, I got the worst customer service. My nail tech was super rude, cut me twice with her tools and a couple of times with the filer. Just super aggressive and rude. I asked for a polish of glitter over my coat of colour I chose. She chose white glitter that looked horrible so then huffed when I asked her to change it. Changed it to gold and packed it on. I just new it was only going to get worse. I just kept silent because I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. They charged me $68 dollars for this, it’s the worst nail job I’ve ever gotten. I’m shocked because I come to Awesome Nails for convenience since I’m in the neighbourhood but after this experience I’m not going back! She had a terrible attitude from the moment I sat down. I wish I had gotten her name, but just very upset and disappointed. I paid and ran out of there, just horrified from the experience!

I Was a regular, like bi-weekly min $60 eveytime, i rather bring my business to a company's that cares , I was booked for a full new set. They started removing the nails than left me waiting 30 minutes, my kids ware dropped at the mall thinking I will be no more than an hours ish, They're starting removing the nails left me waiting for 30 minutes 1 of my kid wasn't feeling good then I started panicking and then I told them instead of putting the false set can you please give me a money cure and then I'll book to come back after the holidays on the 27 could barely understand what I was asking cause don't speak English then give me the most horrifying manicure and they charge me $60I've never been disappointed in my life that I received nails services.

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and they’ve always done such an amazing job. Leah is my go to, and she is absolutely incredible!! These are my last 2 sets from her, and she always goes along with my crazy ideas no matter how detailed or intricate. Cannot recommend this place enough.

This has always been my go-to nail place for years. I always go between the first and second location, it is safe to say... both locations are amazing! I am always blown away by the experience. From start to finish, the service was impeccable.The nail technicians were extremely skilled and took great care in ensuring that my nails looked perfect. I been coming here since 6-7 months to get my face laser done. She does awesome job as i have great results since then. She also does my eyebrows and trust me when i say i have never seen someone making such good shape of mu eyebrows before. I would say its 100% worth the money. Plus they treat you very good and with respect. Great customer service.
