This hospital is huge. The third time I came I had no clue where to go so I had to ask for directions, the staff are lovely and they helped get where I needed to be. Every time I came here I was treated nicely, very clean all round. Masks are mandatory and they do provide one for you if you do not have. There are stations where you can grab masks.

I think Trafalgar hospital is like a shopping mall, 6 years ago on June 22 my husband passed, he was there since April 4th, I went up every day for at least 8 hours, the minute I walked in I became my husbands nurse, they would just walk in and had me his medication, there was so much more I won't get into it, but I was really considering suing them.

Visited the emergency toTake a friend who had a problem Was lucky as they were not too busy.Friendly tirage staff didn't have to wait too long to be assigneda room Blood test and X rays were done immediately. Staff was super friendly and professional. We had to wait a while for the doctor to come. Rooms are clean and frequently cleanedHad the best experience in this hospital

Of all the hospitals in Peel and Halton, this is the only one that I will go to or bring my children to, if given the choice. The patient care is significantly better.

OUTSTANDING!! Talk about being pleasantly surprised, everyone that we encountered was friendly and extremely helpful. Staff actually went out of their way to assist us. Coming to this hospital was a pleasure, it's unfortunate that other hospitals can't follow suit. Most people don't want to be in a hospital but if you have to be, being treated with a little compassion and kindness goes such a long way. Thank you!!
