Very poor customer service, waited over an hour with only a couple people ahead of me. Phone service is even worse. The switch board will take you through numerous loops until it eventually hangs up on you, but in no way will it ever transfer you to a live customer service representative.

This branch needs a refresh on social skills and customer service.They consistently hold regular cheques without asking a supervisor to see if they can help to release it for them. They do this because they are scared of taking a bad cheque that makes their score card look bad; if they do this to every customer then what’s the point in having tellers when there’s an atm.Also to back their front line tellers their suggestion was to have more savings at the bank so they can release the cheque next time; does this mean you only treat high value clients with good customer service and leave everyone else to figure it out themselves ?? Like for them to say this in front of a customer, it’s plain rude and out of line. People are at different points in their lives and it’s no place for you to give your 2cents when not necessary only because you feel hurt that we confronted you on your work ethics and practices.All in all it’s common sense to release a regular cheque that has been deposited for years. Let’s reverse the roles and see how you like it; banking should be caring and supportive and not judgemental.I visited this branch December 1st and was helped by a teller and a banking advisor around end of rush hour. Have a talk with your staff as this visit was not pleasant.

This place is a disaster. Incompetent Managers. Very rude to clients as well as staff. Long line up all the time. Tellers not trained properly, taking a long time with each customer. After waiting in line up for more than 20 minutes, I heard an older client asking if he could use the washroom. They said NO". Where is the compassion ?? They need to recruit well trained tellers and find Managers who can run a Branch properly. Disappointed."

Every time I called support team they didn't solve my problem. Here is the problem : My card was blocked because of nothing. She said me that she doesn't know why my card is blocked. No one stole it and I didn't do any strange transactions. Only one thing i did is trying to add my card to the Apple wallet. But everything I got is message that RBC servers don't work. I tried only one time and than my card doesn't work. AND EVERYTHING THAT SHE SAID IS TO GO TO THE BRANCH WITH DOCUMENTS. I WAS IN 6 HOURS OF NEAREST BRANCH AND WAS NOT ABLE TO GO THERE BUT I NEEDED MY CARD. THAT'S YOUR SOLUTION? I KNOW EVERY ANSWER FOR SECURITY QUESTIONS AND I CAN ANSWER AND SHOW DOCUMENTS BY VIDEO CALL. HOWEVER EVEN VIDEO CALL DOESN'T EXIST IN YOUR BANK OF THE FUTURE. I SPOKE WITH 3 PEOPLE AND EVERYBODY SAID ME LIKE GO TO BANK AND WE CAN'T HELP YOU". SO WHY DO THEY WORK AS A SUPPORT GUYS? SUPPORT IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS. AND I WILL CHANGE THIS BANK IMMEDIATELY. AND I WILL WRITE THIS REVIEW EVERYWHERE

I went to this branch to withdraw money from my chequing account and the teller told me that I wasn’t allowed to withdraw more than my daily limit. She gave me attitude and suggested that I had to tell them in advance if it was more than my daily amount.I don’t understand how can they refuse me from withdrawing more cash from a chequing account that’s supposed to be liquid. The chequing account earns no interest and now they’re locking in my money.I had to go to TD and withdraw from another account. Even though I had a limit and they didn’t have enough cash on hand, they increased my limit to withdraw out from the atm. Now that’s customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! One of the worst interactions with an RBC manager and teller I have ever had in 12 years of being a client. Unless you’re a business or corporation they will treat you with the upmost disrespect and inconsideration. Absolutely appalling behaviour for a customer service representative. Do yourself a favour and take your business somewhere else at any other branch.

The service at this RBC branch is truly terrible. Management said they will put a hold my paycheck when others have no issue and when I asked why they said they will call the cops! This is not acceptable! Poor management the manager needs to get trained again it is sad to say how to you run a bank with a manager like that! This location needs to be retrained. A waste of my time and the way they treat human beings is not okay! Not a well run branch, Not efficient just full of excuses. Worst customer service ever and worst manager I have ever dealt with any bank! Everyone stay far away from this location!

Terrible management by Natalie and Logan. Waited 1 hour for a simple transaction because there was only 1 teller attending the line.

The absolute worst and not knowledgeable staff and management. They refuse to deposit checks without proper verification of file and will threaten you with police if you dare to question why a simpleTransaction can’t be made without a clear answer. Stay far away.
