Dean Ganie came to give us a free consultation.. He was very professional and very nice to deal with. He took the time to explain everything we had concerns about in our attic. Spent well over an hour going over all concerns and assuring we understood our problems. In the end we were not in near in as bad of shape as we believed. He explained what I could do to start fixing out problems and said he could return later when our part was completed. We saved a ton of money doing what we could do. He assured us he could return at a later date and return our attic to a new state at a very reasonable cost..
