After moving to Fergus, I was looking for a new gym. I am so glad I found ForgeX! The coaches are top notch and there is a focus on a fully rounded workout including a proper warmup and post workout mobility. The class environment helps push me work harder than I ever would on my own. It's also an absolutely judgement free zone which is something I didn't always experience at other functional fitness gyms. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey at Forge!

The atmosphere and coaches offer such a comfortable setting to workout in and learn in. I've never once felt uncomfortable or judged, only taught and supported. Absolutely love their kickstarter program! Such a great way to be introduced to crossfit and get a better understanding of it before entering regular classes. Everyone is on the same team and so encouraging!

ForgeX has changed my life! I was so nervous to try something new, new is scary! The ForgeX community felt like a family the minute I joined. The coaches are brilliant; knowledgeable, patient, FUN, and engaging. They help cater the daily workout to your individual pace- from beginner to expert, they make you feel competent, safe and challenged! I would highly recommend ForgeX to anyone looking to change their lives, make new friends, and have fun while getting fit and seeing results! ForgeX is more than just a gym, it’s a family!

I was visiting family from.out of town and contacted Forge X to workout away from my home gym. At the 530am class The coaching was great and the people I had the opportunity to workout out with allot of fun.Coach helped me find my bearings with where weights, barbells, clips and mats were and I really enjoyed it.Thank you for opening your facility to me. When I come back to visit I will definitely come in to sweat again and to socialize with others.

For the entire time I have been here the instructors have been amazing.I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to stay active and have fun in the FX youth program (grade 8-12)

Dropped in while on vacation. Great facility, great coach and the class was very welcoming to an outsider. Only had time for one workout (which was free, as your first one is), but would have gladly paid the day pass rate for subsequent drop in days. Overall highly recommended!
