Couldn't find any marked trails for hiking and the area is thick with Mosquitoes.

Beautiful park on Round Lake. Quiet and there is no cost. Parking is on the side of the road and you have to walk in to the beach but it is a short 5 minute or less walk. No bathrooms to access that we could find. Easy to find. Will definitely go back sometime.

This is hidden gem on round lake. It's clean and quite beach. Beautiful sunset.There is no park sign board (except rustic sign they may not survive next few years) or park office and this park is not officially open.You will need to park on 'Red rock road' and walk to the beach. You will see many cars park near the gate.

Even though this provincial park isn't officially open, the beach is worth the visit. Once you find the entrance gate (which is closed), just follow the path and keep right to the beach. The perfect spot for families and not busy. The shallow beach make it the perfect spot for swimming for kids. A hidden gem.

Hard to find beach at first.... maybe consider signs to the water??Will say...FIRST FOOT PATH ON THE RIGHT!!At the end of the day we had a great time. Water is clear...We even went back 3 days later because we all enjoyed so much!!

Nice beaches. Very sandy and in the water it's sandy too, no squishy weeds or anything. It wasn't too busy went we went, which is nice. Great views and plenty of space to choose a spot. There is some natural shade from the trees, but it gets a lot of sticks on the ground around there. Good idea to bring a sun shade if you like some shade.

This is a hidden gem! Definitely worth your time for a nice relaxing day at the beach with a beautiful sunset if you're in the Algonquin area.
