Terrible shop they don't even carry sata cables, so stay away save your time. Find a real computer shop.

I would have given a 5 Star, but giving a 4.5 rating, because unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding of the diagnosis of my problem. Because of this, I was hoping for a 50% reimbursement since work was done that wasn't quite necessarry. However, Alex handled it like a True Pro and reimbursed me the full 100% refund, which was unexpected....Thanks verty much again Alex. I can truly see why you and Techville receive great reviews!...I would recommend highly.

My mom is 84 but still uses a cell phone for social media etc and the staff paired her with a good phone, and TOOK THE TIME to give her a few lessons and tweak her settings to make reading the screen easier. I have been using Techville for 4 yrs and they continually improve service every time!

Forget to review this store: in Oakville you can't find another repair store better than Techville. They are professional and friendly. I sent my PS4 and 2017 iMac to them for repaire. All the best, as new one.Strongly recommand!

I like these guys. They've been around a while. They do what they say they were going to do and charge what they say they would. No BS. In a tight market for cellphone repairs, integrity will give you a chance to survive a long time. Great customer service.

Perfect service and best products. Thanks a lot to the store manager (forgot ask name. Alex?). He is very nice and professional. He knows well for all the products in the store and he has good knowledge of the products specifications. He answered my tons of questions in patient manner and finally I am able to know which product I should buy. The price of the products are cheaper than other online stores or retail stores. I bought a new treadmill from this store. After 1 day free shipping, I received the treadmill and I found it is really a new product. Tested for 2 weeks, the treadmill is still working very well. Definitely will buy again from this store and will be glad to meet with the store manager again.

Bought ajustable dumbell with stand, April 5, got them 45 days after giving them my money. Never replyed to email, never replyed to messenger support, poor communication. Had to call them and I was surprised someone answered my call ! I'm giving them 3 stars because I had a very good price and dumbell are very nice!

Brought in a watch for a simple battery replacement, took them 3 minutes to make many scratches on the backplate, then returned to me saying they don’t have the battery for it. They also denied causing damage when all of it was clearly caused by attempted plate removal. Do not bring your items here! Unqualified techs.

We didn't even getting out device fixed because we got great, unbiased knowledge about the pros and cons of the process of our particular issue. It felt like quality customer service and expert advice.
