I actually bought my sectional in Nanaimo BC. I unfortunately need to do a warranty claim. When I called my location they just told me to go online and I had to tell them I don't know my information for my 0urchase as it's been awhile. They said they'd send me my invoice but I never recieved anything and it's been over 24hours. I have a friend who has bought through the Fort Saskatchewan location and has had nothing but good things to say so I contacted them to see if they would be able to help me. They were such amazing help and got me my invoice within minutes of talking to them! Shout out to Arthur and his team for being such a great help and easing my mind about going through warranty.

First time ordered a dining table set, was told delivery was going to be 3 weeks, ended up being 4 months.The second time going in to order several items, no salesperson approached us when we first went in and had to go to the counter for assistance, but no one would come out to the floor to help us until we approached another salesperson (who was very helpful). Ordered a couple of items, was told delivery in a week but received no contact by phone or email when the items arrived. I had to go back to the store to inquire about delivery, only to find out the items had arrived 5 days earlier.Will be looking for more furniture in the Spring but will probably not shop at this store.

Great location, David answered all our questions and was not pushy which we appreciated. There were some great deals on some additional items as well. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience and we were able to get everything we went in for. Thanks again!

During our visit to the store, our salesman left us alone and was able to answer all of our questions. Very informative and friendly, and most importantly, gave us ample space to browse at our own pace.

My husband and I went in and had a horrible experience with Ken. From the moment we walked in we weren’t even asked if we needed assistance. I had to go looking around the store for him so he can answer a question on a piece of furniture we were interested in purchasing. He was not personable at all. He also had a certain stench coming from him like if he had just came in from smoking a substance outside. My husband and I right then and there decided to leave and buy our furniture else where for our kids. Very unpleasant experience.

I had an amazing experience at the brick today! The employees helped me find a box spring and a mattress within my price range. They were incredibly helpful and the box spring and mattress was exactly what I was looking for. I’ll definitely come here again!

From the moment he said hello he listened as I inquired, offered input and advice and was quick to help me figure out my best option!!! I was so impressed by him and the way he welcomed us, I told him several times what an amazing experience he had provided!!

We received exceptional customer service at the Brick today from Arthur, and his trainee. We appreciated his knowledge on the different types of mattresses, how they were made and the warranty. We ended up purchasing two mattresses and a box spring. We will be back!!!
