I love this store and started going there since it is close to my gym. They are open despite all the COVID 19 closures. The staff have excellent knowledge regarding women's health and stress management. They are friendly and always quick to order in items that are not on the shelf.

Prey on older folks by selling them weird pseudo-science stuff. And sold my dad expired vitamins.

I have always had a good experience here. I ask for assistance in finding a product and someone locates it for me immediately. I also find their prices are quite competitive. In fact, recently they had the best price in this area of Mississauga for a product I needed. The staff are, as well, kind and courteous. All in all, I highly recommend this store.

Hello S & H Team,I am a customer of S&H health store since 2001 - a good 18 year old customer.Yesterday, May 22nd 2019, around noon, I visited the south common branch of S & Hstore near Erin mills & Burnhamthorpe, to purchase a few supplements.I happened to glance at a few aroma oil samples labelled as testers, and started to checka few samples. As I was checking the third, the lady at the billing counter rudely askedme to handover the bottle to her, and in a firm tone asked me not to open new bottles.I handed over the tester to her and told her that it was a tester and that there was a label stating the same.I left the shop feeling insulted, as the shopkeeper did not have the courtesy to apologize forbeing judgmental. There were a few customers at their store and hence it was very embarrassing, sinceall were looking at me.S&H health store should train their staff well on how to treat customers - old or new, as one customer lostis a good amount of business lost, which is a great loss in today's competitive world of business.I am a well educated citizen of Canada, working in a respectable corporate house.S&H has definitely lost a valuable customer permanently, for just a $ 5 aroma oil bottle.Hope they understand that it takes years to build customer base, but just a few seconds toundo it.I have alternate stores to shop for the items I buy from S & H such as Vitamin store, Nutrition House, Planet Herb, etc.Hence it is not a great loss for me.No more of S & H.Thanks,An Unhappy Customer

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OWNER OF THIS HEALTH FOOD STORE. Be careful purchasing from this store. If you experience side effect from their products, once its opened there is no exchange. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. No concern from the manager. It does not matter if you have bought from this place before. I will never given them another cent. I spent $118 for 3 products. One or all 3 caused me discomfort in my chest. Manager totally refused to EXCHANGE or subsitute products. I would rather spend more money at Whole Foods at least I know that I can return it without hassles or even Amazon for that matter. I will refused to purchase any NAKA products.
