Customer service was excellent. It’s a challenging time for car rental companies due to issues stemming from Covid- this includes inventory replenishment and availability. The manager Serena was professional and efficient, while juggling many operational aspects. Great customer service.

Excellent service ! We have an issue with a rental and we took it back into switch it out. The staff was extreme, pleasant, accommodating and very patient. I wish I got the gentleman's name I helped us. We were there at 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning. The office that you enter is very clean and professional. Would definitely use them again when meeting a car. We were having a truck service at West Care clinic and the Enterprise is very convenient.

We had an excellent experience!! Serena was so professional and kind. We had to switch out our vehicle, the guy who helped us was so nice, sorry i do not know his name, and there was no issue, and our rental was spotless. I will only rent from Enterprise. Thank you!!

Had a great experience at this location a few weeks back, specifically working with Assistant Manager Joseph Joey" DeMarco. Joe was so great to work with and was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process

I was involved in an accident in ky and the person who hit me had nationwide insurance which covered the repairs on my car and my car rental. I was very impressed with how great Jacob (I believe he is the manager at this location) is. He made the process of getting a rental very easy & stress free. Absolutely a great guy! I won’t go into too much detail but he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I needed a little bigger of a vehicle due to medical issues, Jacob was unable to get in contact with the case worker at nationwide to get it approved that day so he told me not to worry about it he would take care of it, I was concerned that i would get charged for the additional cost, Jacob said not to worry about that & I would not be charged even if they didn’t approve it for some reason (which they should have approved it because the car there client hit was a full size car). The vehicle I got was very clean, and drove great. After aprox 1 week of having the car I found out my car wasn’t going to be done the day he thought. It was going to take an extra 2 days. I called enterprise to talk to Jacob but he just left for the day and I talked to Jessica (I believe she is the assistant manager at this location). I explained to her what was going on and asked if I needed to bring the vehicle back or if there is anyway I could keep it a couple more days ‘til my car was done. Jessica looked at the file and said they were still waiting for approval from nationwide. She said she would try to get hold of Nationwide for the approval for the 2 extra days.and for the bigger vehicle etc. Again I raised Concern about being charged for the additional time and the full size vehicle. Jessica said not to worry about it that I wouldn’t be charged for it. After my car got fixed, I dropped off the rental vehicle at enterprise. Jessica checked in the vehicle.& told me she would call me and close it out as soon as she heard back from nationwide. Jessica was absolutely wonderful, she asked how the vehicle was and if I had any issues or concerns etc. I will absolutely be using this location for all of my future rental needs. They are absolutely great. You can tell they actually care about Their customers.Around a week later Jessica contacted me and said that the file was closed, my $100 deposit was credited back to my credit card and everything was all set.(From my understanding Nationwide did not cover the extra cost and Jacob and Jessica kept their word & I wasn’t charged anything.The customer service that I experienced here was absolutely exceptional. I would give ten stars if possible, I would very highly recommend!!!To Enterprise; I was told I would be receiving a survey in my email in regards to my experience with enterprise on camp rd in Hamburg. Unfortunately I have yet to receive any survey. I was looking forward to filling out that survey & giving credit where credit is due. Absolutely amazing staff!!!

Very dissatisfied as I have dealt with them every year. This year, 1 week before our vacation, they called and said the vehicle I reserved months ago wasn’t available and give me absolutely no resolution! Not a different vehicle, % off my next rental …..nothing!!!! So now I have a vacation planned and no way to get there. Put a call in to manager and customer service but still awaiting a call back. This is poor business. If they call with a resolution, now 3 days before my trip, I will change my opinion but only bc I went out of my way. The Hamburg office has poor customer service, and that was talking to the manager.

I needed a quick car for a work trip and had a great experience at this location. The employees were professional and personable and had me back on the road with no issues.

The car was clean and everything was fine, but the staff truly make the experience. Unfortunately I can't remember her name, but the customer service agent that took care of me was friendly and kind and even called after I returned the car (after hours return) to make sure everything was satisfactory. I really appreciated that as it felt like she went above and beyond.
