The worst communication of any contractor I’ve ever dealt with. Took our deposit and then basically ignored calls and emails for months. Finally, after a call to the parent company, our sunroom was installed. Multiple deficiencies including doors that wouldn’t close properly. They blamed our ‘uneven deck’ until I put a carpenters level on it to show it was perfectly level on both axis. Told us ‘I’m going to have to think about how to fix this’ and left.Once again, ignored calls and emails to finish or otherwise repair their work. Two calls and an email to the parent company and they finally returned (without any advance notice) and allowed themselves in to make repairs. Apparently repairing a poorly installed door by grinding out the plate rather than re-installing it properly is how they fix a $20k install. You really, really don’t want to work with this company
