Went to the running room to buy walking shoes and Abby was amazing!!! So personable and friendly!

I went into the store to return a pair of shoes and Myron (hopefully I spelt that right) was the most helpful person I've ever had! He informed me about how my knees and feet were being affected by shoes that I'm wearing and directed me to two pairs in which he got me to test in store and then finalized which ones would be the best fit for me. He even went a step further to suggest a second pair for walking and picked the insole for me to try out alongside. I could not have asked for a better experience. THANK YOU!!!

I went in as a beginner runner, and Charles was awesome in helping me to find the proper running shoes, and gave me a lot of useful information about the running community.

I am returning to running after being away from it for a few years. I chose to go to the Running Room while I was visiting Victoria. The selection and service was excellent. Myron was extremely knowledgable and helpful and I greatly appreciated his expertise! I look forward to getting back to running with my new footwear and gear. Thanks Myron!

First time going to this store after doing some research online.The store was very clean and sanitized between customers.Myron provided excellent recommendations based on our needs. He was able to quickly identify the issues with our feet and sold us two pairs of shoes.Excellent service and knowledge, it was a great experience all around.

We came in for a quick browse but ended up spending some time there with the very knowledgeable salesman. He was quite attentive and asked alot of qualifying questions to my wife who was in the market for new running shoes.He was actually quite efficient, we spent SOME time there not a lot of time because he was able to narrow down the fit so quickly. Even introduced us to the next shoe to consider.This 1 star review comes at time of payment. We were unfortunately turned away due to the absurd company policy of not accepting $100 bills. When asked why, we were told it was due to counterfeit bills.It is insulting to be accused of handling counterfeit bills. Simply insulting.The new bills have many counterfeiting features that can be verified. Instead of wasting peoples time the company should spend just a little of their time educating the employees on how to verify bills.Left empty handed.

I went in to get a pair of running shoes and im not sure of the name who helped me but he was so good. He took the time to really find the right shoe for me and my odd feet haha. I recommend this place for anyone who wants good customer service and a good shoe. There was just one guy working and a few of us trying on shoes and he focused on everyone at the same time just really amazing service.

Great staff, small selection, but great place to pick up from if you order online.Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.Location is downtown, so convenient for anyone who lives in the area.Parking can be a bit of a problem, so find one of the parking garages and try to do more than one thing in a trip.Convenient to the Bay Centre and many other shops and restaurants in the area.

I don’t remember the gentlemen’s name who sold me my new trail shoes. But so far I love them! Glad I had someone so knowledgeable to help me out!

I'm just getting into running and figured it was time to invest in some proper shoes. I had an excellent experience at Running Room. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to give me some hints and tips. Highly recommend coming here!
