Avoid this store like a plague! The store practices bait-and-switch" technology - advertises a decent price then cancels your order after it was already placed and says the price has increased. Monumental disrespect and greed! Those who respect themselves will for sure find another hobby store that treats customers as they deserve!Addition: The seller's response below implies that I could be a potential fraudster because I want to ship to an address different than my billing one. But this is just my work address

Great fast professional service including 3D printing for parts no longer in production for trains. Lots of kits, trains, paints, if you can't find something they will find it and order it for you.

This hobby shop buys from another local shop and increases the price to scalp its customers. If i could give it less than 1 star i would.

They are knowledgeable and very nice. their prices are competitive. very welcoming and Guillaume is very knowledgeable. They don't scalp any customers as this Maxime is pretending nor they buy from a local store. Which local store by the way? they are the only local store with such an inventory of scale models, tools and paint. I highly recommend.

I used to order a lot of stuff online for my RC hobby, last week I checked if there are any local hobby shops close to my new house... JacHobby was a 10 mins drive, I went there for a visit and I was impressed with the shop, what they carry, the friendly staff and their knowledge...They Training sets they have is amazing..... I might develop another hobby next RC :)Always support your local hobby shop.

Good place for all size electric trains. Found some Kato track, a cool n scale loco and woodland scenics stuff I needed. Staff is ready to work. Can order what you need if not in Stock.Missing 1 star for not having dcc sound n scale.

The website is kinda hard to navigate as it doesn't seem to work wellAnd the communication via the site/email is non existantGot my order refunded without a reason and when i trued to communicate i got no reply

Great hobby shop! I purchased an RC car from them and I am happy with my purchase. They gave helpful advice. Unfortunately, they don’t preform repairs at the moment but besides that I’d recommend this hobby shop.
