excellent place to get a mortgage. the service was prompt, staff was very well experienced in dealing difficult mortgage application. they also have great rates.

I was looking for $30K to pay my back taxes owed under my company. My application did not get approved in 48 hours as promised on the website, and there were a lot more document requested in addition to online application. But the staffs were very helpful and knowledgable, and they were able to increase my loan amount to $30K (I was disappointed when the pre-approved" amount was shown $5K only!). It ended up taking a week

I checked my rate, I got approved but then declined as debt service ratio was too high. not accounting for the fact that i was trying to consolidate in the first place and increase my personal cash flow.Better to take a loan from your bank.Why?:Application:loan application completed at 11am on july 7/16. status indicated ready for officer for review"..."ready for manager review" then went blank.I contacted them via fb next day july 8/16 at 10am; was told someone gonna call me. I called at 12p july 8/16 and was told I was rejected.I did not know the decision until the next day.I did not know of the decision in 2 hours like mentioned in comment below.Debt Service Ratio:This loan is taken as an additional amount as they have no control of paying off your current debts and close accounts.
