Worst customer service at this location. No one was at the counter. I went to look for help and found the customer rep. Rudely told me that she is only one person Blah blah blah. Rude black female customer rep was not helpful. Should be reprimanded. Probably should learn some manners.

I would say it’s one of the most modern and accessible of the new stations. It is a bit tucked away but it isn’t hard to miss.

One of the cleanest and well-maintained GO station in the GTA! Coming here is more than just commuting to work. Mornings and Evenings is when this station shines really bright ❤️

Worst station I've ever been to. And I've been to a lot. Literally a singular TV to show train times and platforms and it's not even easily visible of you're coming in from the Kingston Rd entrance. Missed my first train bc there's no signage in the tunnel to say which platform I need to be on..

In the last few years, Guildwood GO Station has gone through a major revamp in renovations. Larger, indoor stations, updated tunnels and always clean.My only complaint is the ticket kiosk in front of the tunnel that always seems to be out of order. Thankfully, there is another kiosk outside of the station's reception desk towards the right exit.Due to Covid conditions, please be advised that you can't pay for a ticket with cash. Only credit or debit cards are accepted at the moment.

It’s staffed now. Relaxed. Easy to navigate and clean. First used in late 2021 when there was a lack of staff and a robbery occurred here after I departed.

During the construction phase, I hated this station. Now I love it. Convenient dual access to the trains from both the North and South lots.
