Best Medispa I have been to in Canada! I have had cool sculpt, emsculpt and laser hair removal. My services have been with Tania and she is FABULOUS!Tania is super knowledgeable, kind, upbeat and she is honest and fair. I felt I had some problem areas and wanted some treatments that I had been researching.She did a thorough check up of my body and we discussed my concerns during our consult together and she advised that I wasn't a good candidate for some of the procedures I was interested in because I didn't need them and I wouldn't get the desired results I was looking for.She was honest in not grabbing my money for everything and anything that I wanted and instead she came up with a personal plan and suggestions for alternative treatments that would be able to provide me with my desired results for the areas I was unhappy with.I have had 7 appointments and treatments at this clinic to date and I am extremely happy with the results, professionalism, consistency, kindness, attitude and the whole experience to date.I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for the services I have received to date and feel very fortunate to have found this clinic and of course Tania.Thanks soooooo much!!!Just a suggestion everyone...when in doubt for a gift idea. A gift certificate for any of the many services here is a no fail...ha ha tell this to my boyfriend and his friends all the time!!

I have to give a 1 star. They misbooked me a follow-up and told me 195$ no tax. It was a a lot of money for me, but it was important I budgeted. I waited months. The office was more than an hour from my house and I had to take the afternoon off work. I get there and the nurse tells me they misbooked me as a followup" and it is actually $ 250

If I could give them 0 stars that would be too much. I've been seeing" Dr. Hakim since March of 2022. I have physically seen her once. During our appointment said she was sending me for blood tests before she prescribed me medication for my hormonal acne. After our appointment she told me to book a follow up appointment 2 months after I started taking my medication

I had an appointment with Dr.Hakim; she took her time to explain the situation and treatment to me. She's a professional, sweet doctor who wants to find the root cause of the problem, not only prescribe medication and laser therapy. Last year I had an appointment with Geneviève for BBL in the same clinic; she was terrific too. She did a great job on my skin. Thank you.

I am truly blessed to have been able to get an appointment at this clinic for a number of medical issues that I needed to have looked at.Dr. Hakim is patient, kind, compassionate and definitely a knowledgeable medical professional who truly cares. She takes the time to listen to you and that’s what you truly appreciate and need when you aren’t feeling your best.The staff are amazing! Genevieve is wonderful. Madeleine is someone who I can only describe as being a true angel. She goes above and beyond to make your experience a special one whether it be before, the day of, or after your actual appointment. They make you feel welcomed and if you are a highly anxious person as I am…you need not worry about anything. They will take great care of you!I would recommend Victoria Park Medispa 100%.A huge thank you to everyone there for your amazing service!

I tried to book an appointment and exchanged 3 emails explaining what I was looking for. I only got answers about the cost of a consultation with a nurse or with Dr. Hakim but never a confirmation if what I was looking for would be covered during the appointment (a plan of possible treatments for 2 areas I want to address). It’s a simple question with a simple answer that they couldn’t answer. At the end, they replied saying there are waiting for more availabilities and that if I wanted I’d be put in a waiting list. With such a bad experience only at booking step , I don’t feel any comfortable having any treatments in this clinic. The advise I have, listen more and read properly emails from potential customers. Read to understand not to just reply and give $$$.

From the receptionist who was so nice and kind to the assistant who made you feel at ease from the moment you met her to Dr Hakim who I cannot praise enough. She took the time to listen and than explained everything so I would understand her professionaism and concern were heartfelt I cannot praise her enough. Than you to the entire staff for being so nice

Professional and courteous staff, and such a beautiful medical office. Dr Hakim, along with her assistant and receptionist are kind and friendly and help you feel at ease. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of at Victoria Park West Island.Thank you!

Do not recommend. Dr.Hakim asked me to leave the room for an appointment with my 15 year old daughter. She gave me an explanation for less than 5 minutes after the appointment and I still had questions. I was told to email my questions to the medical coordinator that was currently on vacation. I don’t feel that I received a service worth the 250$ consultation fee.

$200.00 to sign a form!!!!! Ouch!!!!My first appointment with Dr. Hakim was great, she is very pleasant and thorough and I was expecting to pay a hefty fee since this is a private clinic.My big surprise came when I consequently asked to have a form signed by the doctor so my insurance would cover the cost of the medication she prescribed. I was told that the cost for signing the form would be approx. $200 depending on how much information the doctor had to provide. The receptionist mentioned that they are not unlike a lawyers office, where fees are associated to any service they provide.Well..... considering that getting and appointment with a dermatologist in the West Island through our regular HeathCare system is almost impossible, AND that I had already paid over $300 for my examination with the doctor, I consider the additional cost to fill out a form is GROSSLY EXCESSIVE.
