Really pleased with the service. They were great to communicate with and the installation was carried out promptly and with care. Very impressed with the professionalism of the crew. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and were very courteous. I have 2 cats, and one likes to make a dash for the door whenever she can, and without even having to ask them, they were careful not to let her out.

Sent request for quote on 32 windows for a home renovation and never received a reply. Called a week later, after getting pricing from 4 local suppliers, and was told that my request likely went to their clerk who has been off past while. I was asked to resend and they will get to it in a few days. When I expressed I sent it a week ago and it was a bit much for me to wait to give them the chance to quote the response was, you can send it or not
