I asked for assistance locating a few products that a friend had asked me to pick up.. when I located the first item and noticed that it was not on sale (saw it 30% off the night before on the website) I asked the employee serving me if it was still on sale. Before she could fully answer, another employee spoke over her and said that the sale ended yesterday. When I explained that I hadn't realized that she said, can you read? It states it at the bottom of the website". As someone who has worked in retail 9+ years I can not think of a single time that this would be an appropriate response to any situation.. not only did this employee make me uncomfortable

I love the clothes at RW but the customer service is not consistent. I've received great service, but then no service such as tonight. I went in wanting advice on which men's dress shirt would best match the dress I was wearing, but the man and woman who were working were more interested in talking to each other than customers. I browsed for 8 minutes and then left without buying anything. They never approached me once even though they weren't busy with any other customers.

Had a great experience at the CF Champlain location, was looking for a suit for a funeral and RW & Co. hooked me up. Had first went to H&M for a simple blazer and couldn't use their changing rooms or even try it on due to their COVID policies. We decided to check RW & Co. and picked up a suit jacket and pants on sale with a shirt, socks, and tie for $170 that was worth MUCH MORE than what I had paid for it. Arielle (I think thats her name) was a huge help and very professional. I will be returning!

Nice clothing line. I have bought a couple of cloths and I live their winter coat.

Mensware & Womensware so its a great store for couples. Very slim fit cuts so expect to go up a size from what you're used to. Awesome sales on end of season items so scope those deals!!

Excellent customer service, Justin was really helpful and found out the best suit for me.

I had a really positive experience here. The woman who was helping us in the change rooms took Covid-19 very seriously and made sure that everything was clean and that customers were following the rules, all while providing my mother and I with excellent and genuine customer service. Also, the quality of the clothing is always excellent - I love RW&CO!

I have been to this store many times and find the service good. However, not living in Moncton, on three occasions I have called the store to see if they have the item that I’m looking for in stock before I travel to Moncton. On all three occasions I have spoken to the same woman. All three times I have given her the item number that I looked up online. All three times I certainly feel like I’m putting her out to check in her computer to see if she has the item. She responds by telling me “ that I can go online to see if they have it in the store “. All three times I tell her the option appears to be there but won’t let me do it. Then she tells me that the item number on line might not be the same in the store. The last time, I called, I told her that I had just called the Fredericton store and there wasn’t a problem with me asking. She pretends that she is friendly but most certainly isn’t. All three times I called it was shortly after they opened so I’m sure the store wasn’t that busy either.

I was very pleased with this location. I was trying on new clothes in the change rooms, the blonde lady (I didn’t catch her name) who was working there was very helpful last Monday. She grabbed me different sizes in clothing that wasn’t fitting and helped me find the perfect outfit for my job interview. Would recommend and will be back!
