Grove Rental Management

I am a tenant of Grove rentals in Thunder Bay and they have the worst Leasing agents, property managers and maintenance people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. On the day I moved in the leasing agent was an hour late doing the move in inspection. I have been renting from them since November and they never respond to the emails in a timely manner. They send KIDS to to the maintenance to the house and NEVER to anything right the first time. Always doing things as cheap as they can. This management company doesn't care about the tenants and don't stand up for them with the owners" of the properties they manage. When I ask to have something fixed properly they tell me it's an old house and I just have to live with it the way it is. Now I have been locked out of my house for and hour and it is 40 below zero today so my electronic locks doesn't work and I don't have a key to get in when this happens. I asked for one but was told they don't use keys. There is no phone number for you to call to talk to a human the only way to talk to them is though email and they don't answer that either

booked a showing with them and confirmed through rent panda, showed up at booked time and there was no one there, waited a half hour and messaged and still no one there, couple hours later and i still haven’t even received a message from them yet. i understand things come up but it seems this is a regular thing they do, save your time

I went to view a spot but they forgot the combo to the door to let me in, which is totally fine, mistakes happen. But they set up another viewing appointment for a few days later, and didn’t show up. I messaged them stating that I was there and never heard back. I waited 30 mins for any sort of reply or for someone to show up, nothing. There seems to be a lack of respect for other peoples time, and I won’t be looking for rentals with this company again.

Scheduled a showing, nobody arrived to show me the place and nobody has responded since trying to reach out.

The WORST.

Was given a confirmation of a viewing from their Rent Panda account. They are a no show, no contact number to get a hold of them. There are multiple potential renters waiting and they have not contacted anyone to even let them know they are running late 0/5 if I could

Building I lived in needed a tremendous amount of work, which is no simple undertaking when you consider not a lot of maintenance had been done to the entire building for a number of years.Yard work had been completed by Grover and when a unit was being moved out the apartment was renovated entirely and quickly.Only complaint I had when living at the unit was it was in need of new appliances. But we moved out before that issues was resolved.

You ask a question, they don't answer. They make an appointment and don't show up. Imagine after you are a tenant? Taking my money somewhere else.
