I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I was able to schedule an appointment online easily. Scheduling was very flexible. Todd arrived on time and was able to diagnose my refrigerator within seconds of his arrival. He quickly got to work and even went out of his way to return after hours to finish the repair after retrieving parts. I would definitely recommend Appliance Doctors to family and friends.Update from previous review:Previous repair on refrigerator did not fix the problem. I contacted Todd to come take a look and diagnose the problem. He came twice and came to the conclusion that it was my defrost heater that needed replacing. It took several phone calls to Todd to get him to show up to get to this point. He supposedly ordered the part on Monday a week and a half ago and was supposed to come do the repair on Thursday. He never showed up for the appointment and never called, I had to call him. When I called he said the part hadn’t arrived yet and rescheduled the appointment for this Wednesday. When I called him on Wednesday to confirm the part arrived and our appointment he said he had to check to see if the part came in. I received a text message a few hours later confirming the part was in but that he wouldn’t be able to keep our appointment for 5pm. I called him back to express my dissatisfaction and we agreed on an appointment for Thursday at 5pm. Thursday came and Todd called around 5:30 saying he had to make another stop in La Crescent and he would be here by 6. He never showed up. I got a text message at 6:45 saying he was still in La Crescent and asking if we could reschedule again. I messaged back saying we could do 5 pm today Friday. Here it is 6:30 and no Todd and no call. I will never recommend this company to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Communication, responsiveness, and reliability on Todd’s part is absolutely horrible. I have paid this company over $200 to fix an issue and the problem still exists. I think I have been very patient and attempted to allow Todd to correct the problem but apparently he doesn’t want my business or the business of anyone I know. I will end up finding the parts I need and doing the repair myself. At least I know it will get done.

Todd was on time, very personable and professional! He did a very thorough inspection of my washing machine and did an exceptional job in explaining what the problem was. I highly recommend using the Appliance Doctors of LaCrosse!

I was in a pinch when my washing machine broke down on a Sunday, but Appliance Doctors had me covered. They were able to send someone out the same day and got my machine up and running in no time. I couldn't be happier with their service!

It was so easy to book an appointment. Caleb followed up before to get all the information needed before Todd my tech guy came out. Todd was great to work with and really nice. He pretty much knew the problem. Had it fixed and working and a short amount of time. And pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again
