Leonard, the owner, was amazing! He was super helpful and honest about helping me pick the perfect bow for my violin. He offered options that were affordable and was honest about telling me that I didn't need to buy certain items that I thought I initially needed. He even offered to help me tune my violin free of charge! I would definitely go back to him for all my instrumental needs! :)

Liuba helped my daughter pick the right violin. She took the time to explain everything. She is very knowledgeable and patient. The violin prices are all great value for money. Don't waste your time in other too expensive places or Amazon where you will get cheap and terrible violin.

High quality, low prices. I called Leo from Vancouver with a few questions and he was quick to respond. Leo is honest, and very kind. The violin I ordered for my son was out of stock, and instead of having me wait, Leo upgraded the violin (and case) for free. He didn't want my 4 year old son to be without a proper violin for his next lesson. I highly recommend this company. Very sensitive to the customer's needs but kost importantly, producy quality is great. I won't be shopping anywhere else!

Leo is very nice and patient with all my questions over the phone. I have contacted a few places to purchase my daughter’s first violin before I found him. I have no knowledge on how to choose the right violin since my daughter just getting started and hoping someone could guide me to make the right purchase. Leo had taught me so much over the phone and I felt confident to make my decision to purchase from him right after. He also offered free delivery to my house with no additional charge. He even put the rosin on the bow and made it ready to use for my daughter’s first class. While tuning my violin the tailpipe literally fell apart. I took my instrument to numerous companies for repair and was advised that it was beyond repair, and that I should just get a new purchased.While surfing on FB, I saw this store’s advertisement and could not wait for day to light in order to call. I spoke to the owner Leonard and he was just wonderful. I dropped off the instrument and within two days it was repaired. HALLELUJAH!!!
