Excellent locations, clean & tidy rooms, upscale modern equiped chalets, located either near Ski hills or offering breathtaking views. These guys manage well, quick responses to all requests we made, the whole group was stunned with efficient coordination on our team building event because of Mr Chalet team. I strongly recommend.

Had a great experience with MonsieurChalets, as a property manager for higher end properties, they were very responsive and helpful when my original chalet was sold and could not be rented, they reached out to me and provided options, and the experience and new chalet were AWESOME. We rented a chalet near Le Massif over March break (2023) and had a wonderful experience. Our group was comprised of 4 adults and three children and the chalet (parallele 22) was terrific. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, we reached out midweek as the hot tub needed some additional water and it was rectified the next day while we were out skiing. I would highly recommend this chalet, or others hosted by MonsieurChalets.

The site is simply beautiful with the mountains and lakes. The cottage is a bit secluded with big windows so you can appreciate the beauty of the nature. The fire place and the jacuzzi make the place very cozy and romantic. The service and host are remarkable. I would recommend this beautiful cabin for your next getaway.

Excellent service. The cottage we rented was very well-equipped and extremely comfortable. The beds and linen were of good quality as was the kitchen equipment. They were generous beyond what was specifically included in the rental fee and flexible on some of their policies, which was appreciated.

I was and still am facing a complicated situation with Covid and cottage reservation ever since December 2020. My main contact has been Phillipe. He has been responsive and very understanding of my situation. He makes sure he takes the time to speak to me and help me through my situation. I wouldn’t have been able to deal with my problem if it wasn’t for Phillipe and his help. I appreciate all he has done and continue to do because it has helped me through very tough time. He’s been super professional and I’m glad that I have a great agent to deal with in difficult times like this. Thank you very much Phillipe.
