I bought a battery from Trini. Let me say that this guy is the nicest guy in the world. He was so kind and courteous. His customer service skills are exceptional. This guy should definitely be the store manager. His smile is so big. It is obvious he is in the right field. It’s because of him I will be a return customer to this particular location. He even helped me with directions on how to get back to the highway. Outstanding human being!!!!

I ordered an upper control arm, outer tie rod and abs sensor from the whitby location. I placed the order sunday at 2:30pm. They said it should be here today (Monday) at the whitby location for 3:30 at the latest today. I get there at 5, and now the tie rod didn't show up. So now I have to drive to pickering to get my tie rod. This could've all been avoided if they did their job and made sure everything was in the order before they sent it. If I could give 0 stars I would, but 1 is the lowest, so that will suffice.

Sold me the correct part after a little hassle and Canadian Tire selling me the wrong part and insisting they had the right part. These guys know a WRX doesn’t have the same brakes as a base model. Plus the brake rotors were cheaper here than at Canadian Tire.

Needed parts for my 2018 CRV and was attended to by Trini. As usual he recommended what’s best and not what’s most expensive. Really trustworthy & knowledgeable guy. Will always check here first before going anywhere else because of the great service and very reasonable prices.

Customer service is horrible and the employees think there smarter than you. I went in for brake Fluid and I was following the manufacturer instructions and the Employee went on a huge rant on how the manufacturer is wrong and they know better. I DONT THINK SO. Also I called the store to see if they have a part available and they put me on hold for 20 mins. I thought its maybe cause they’re busy in the store, but no I went into the store and I was the only customer at the time. THEY NEED TO FIX UP, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LONG WAITS FOR NO REASON
