Dr David Farkouh & Friends

Horrific experience with Dr Farkou. Not only was he disrespectful towards me, he was abrupt, rushed and pushy with my 5 year old son. Like he had better things to be doing. He was also rude to his staff, which when I saw I should have walked out right there. He ended up doing two fillings and I was meant to bring my son back for more but couldn’t imagine doing so. Instead I took my son to another dentist shortly after and found out that the fillings dr Farkou had put in had FALLEN OUT and half of my son’s tooth had been drilled away and was now exposed. The entire experience was appalling.

Rude office staff. Not returning.My two sons had been patients there for over 10 years. And while I like Dr. Farkouh, there are indeed problems with the staff.About a year had gone by since my sons had been there, so I called to see if they had an upcoming appointment.Staff member: No."Me: "Can I book an appointment?"Staff member: "No. We don't have any."Me: "You have no appointments in all of time?"Staff member: "We're booking in the summer!"Me: "Well..."Staff member interrupting: "There's a cancellation. Can they be here in 20 minutes?"Me: "No

Awful experience and service, keep your children away.We brought our 18 month old to this clinic after receiving a referral. Tiny room, very unaccommodating for toddlers, were made to wait more than 10 minutes to the dentist who had two minutes inspection and recommended we go to sick kids for emergency treatment (?!). The entire experience was very uncourteous and not kid-friendly at all. We went to see another dentist in the area a few days later and received a much more detailed, relaxed and professional opinion - for free...

My son was told by our dentist he needed a root canal. He has mild anxiety over it so Dr. Farkouh was recommended to me. Dr. Farkouh and his staff were beyond amazing. Everything was explained and we both felt comfortable and had the best experience. Turns out my son didn't need a root canal. Very honest dentist, knowledgable and caring.. great sence of humor as well. I'm now only bringing my kids to Dr. Farkouh. Wish I could go myself!

This is an excellent dental clinic. The lounge chairs might be an older style, a fast-talking no-frills reception lady, not the jazziest decor, no TV, but I tell you the clinical staff's care and attention are outstanding. Their dentistry equipment is advanced, and each room has two air purifiers. My son had extractions (for ortho) done here instead of our usual dentist. I observed the care and attention of the work—from painting the targets to the careful forceps strokes. Ensuring no debris is left behind. Great care with high efficiency. At the time of this writing, the Google average rating of 3.9 does not adequately reflect the quality of Dr. Farkouh's work and his staff. Dr. Farkouh's place is definitely a 5-star clinic. So sorry

My 15yo attended this clinic for cleaning and cavity. He had great things to say. My daughter has also been a patient of Dr Farkouh’s at sick kids dental clinic and he has been amazing!

Both of my children (currently 13 and 12) have been seeing Drs. Farkouh and Geller for 10 years. We are very happy with the quality of the dentistry and the excellent service given by the team members.

I saw Dr. Farkouh throughout my childhood and he was utterly wonderful! He was very accommodating with my fear of needles, working with my parents to bring in an anesthesiologist for a procedure because I didn’t want to be awake when I received the needles. He doesn’t believe in teeth pulling, and only will if it is necessary.The staff are very friendly! Some can be a bit brusque during their busy times which is completely understandable.

Havent visit a dentist due to severe anxiety, today that all changed here.At first walking in I was nervous but after speaking to the front desk they made everything extremely comfortable. They walked me through everything and told me exactly what they would do next.Then Dr Farkouh came in and ensured everything I was concerned about was nothing major.If you're nervous of dentist like I was, I highly recommend Dr Farkouh and his amazing team

Dr. Farkouh and Dr Geller are really nice Dentists and very professional with the kids. My son actually enjoys coming here. As long as you are on time, we were always seen right away. My only complaint is the assistants at the front office. Although friendly, sometimes not providing all the correct information. I have had to call back regarding Insurance information as instructed by the front desk, yet they neglected to tell me that the office would be closed the next day.
