We called ahead to make sure we had all the correct paperwork and the gentleman was very kind and patient over the phone. Showed up Saturday early morning to a lineup (as we expected due to covid); when it came our turn he made the process fast, easy and even saved us a few bucks!

Not sure about those 1 star reviews. I just had a 11/10 positive experience with the staff here. Zero wait time, speedy service, accommodations treatment on a weekend before a holiday. This is hands down the best service I have ever had at a Service Ontario center ever.I was in a bind and needed some quick help before the long weekend. Called in first, the owner was great he confirmed I could make it in time. When I got there he sorted out all my issues immediately and quickly.I feel like this really is a hidden gem tucked away in a small town. Worth the drive and saved my weekend.

Called on Saturday to ask about correcting a VIN number and the lady was so rude. So ignorant. So not helpful. Told me nothing could be done. She couldn’t give me any information on it or how to change an honest clerical mistake.

Incredibly rude and unwelcoming staff. The gentleman working, seemed to be the owner was highly racially biased. The way he treated me and others was vividly diffrent. Wanted to register my motorcycle, there was one letter overwritten of the VIN, just one! He declined to process it because that’s the rule apparently. Went to another location, didn’t even ask a question and registered my motorcycle.

This gentleman has the worst customer service and professionalism I have ever encountered. I will not ever go back after the guy started yelling at me. I'd go to any other one first.

The old man is the owner. I think his name is John He's unpatient Only person that works there, he's fast but not that fast. Sorry for all you folks In Grey County. Come to Toronto You will see how fast it is!
