I am not normally one to leave reviews but the service at McKinstry is unbelievablely poor. When I tried to explain the problem I was having with my brand new truck (thankfully purchased at a different dealership), they completely ignored me and fixed absolutely nothing. The service manager was quite rude and brushed me off like I am some sort of idiot who has no idea what hes talking about. I will never be giving my business to them ever again. What a joke.

My truck engine light turned on, and i could only drive 33km before it would have gone into limp mode, no appointment they took care of my needs. They were faily busy and still made time to service my truck thank you so much appreciate the quality service! Great team here in Dryden would deffiantely recommend!

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service and not impressed with the dishonesty or even the quality of work that was done. I would fully recommend taking the time and driving to Kenora, they not only fixed the mistakes made by William McKinstry Limited but treated me the way any business should treat its well-paying customers. In my opinion, vehicles will always need repairs but I won't give my money to a business that doesn't respect its clients. Don't waste your time here trust me to go to Kenora SOO much better. Night an Day difference!!!

Amazing service and great people. We had a problem with my vehicle on the way into town, and they fit us into an emergency appointment, gave us a loaner vehicle so our day wasn’t shot, and we were able to get our grocery shopping and essential errands taken care of while they completed a caliber repair and got us back on the road. Huge thank you and great job

Our Dodge truck broke down Sunday August 7/22, between Kenora and Dryden. A & A towing to Dryden dropped us off at the Dodge dealership that evening. Monday morning service manager Larry took care of us & we’re on the road by noon - awesome service!

Brought my van in on warranty at the direction of the road side assistance company, because of error codes. Took mechanics 5 days to figure out it was a dead battery after being told it wasn’t the battery on the 3rd day. No call to say what it was. We picked it up on day 6 and they Charged me almost 600 bucks. Owner tried to justify incompetence of mechanics and service manager. I’m not surprised they have a 3 star rating. Should be lower. On to the BBB and Chrysler now. We also can’t forget how powerful word of mouth and social media is.
