I brought my computer Joshua told him I was having problems and that I thought it was pillaged. He told me not to worry I got this. When I got my computer back it was running faster and better than it ever did he did an amazing job! And now he's my it guy I go to for everything. Nov 2021 Thank you for taking the time to explain things every step of the way and trying to recover files for over an hour even though they weren't readable and all on a Sunday morning. I appreciate the hard drives you purchased for me at a way better price and to be delivered to my doorstep. I didn't expect to learn about some interesting Canadian history and politics as I waited so that was a bonus! ;) I will be back...Jan 2022 I was back and you did not disappoint. You gave me an excellent price and the same fabulous customer service for a broken display and it is soooo worth the wait!

I have never had tech support like this before! Inexpensive, polite, knowledgeable, fast working and really very considerate! I hadn't been able to access my computer in a month due to my failing memory issues and was not looking forward to the expense or the back breaking job of getting the big old CPU down 2 sets of stairs and out to my car. This tech worker got it out of the back of my car, worked on it briefly, then returned it to its spot in my house, reconnected and working great. The best tech ever!
